Do the animated bridges just open randomly? I've been sat at the exact same bridge you show in your video, but it never seems to open.

Hi, you must open the bridge from the ship, but for better realism, the bridge reacts with a little delay. So you must wait a bit.

@@Thor-Sten Ah thanks. After a bit of trial and error, I discovered that CTRL+A did it.

After a short moment the bridge should open. Same to close the bridge.
It works also with some other parts, like the new ferry ramps at Malmö, other bridges and the docks at Malmö or landskrona.

Super great scenery this was the starter for me to buy VS NG, I used till now Nautis VSTEP sim (great thing, but I don't like the subscription model )
How long does the scenery go inside the Gothenburg inner harbour? And will there be updates available when you bought it?

the Stena Danmark terminal is included, then unfortunately it's over for now. Unfortunately Gothenburg is a bit too far north due to the bad geodata.
But its planned to fix that with a new and better map in the future. But that takes time and support.

Hello and thank you for your support.
Hud for traffic? You can use traffic ships under vehicles on the right, select a ship from the list on the left and it will appear in your area as Ai. the ship will follow random waypoints on the map. You can then modify it on the map by moving the waypoints to your liking. You can also adjust the speed of the ship or sail the ship yourself.

@@Thor-Sten thank you for the answer but I talked about the HUD in yellow script just under the boat, If I add 10 IA boats on the map, I don’t want to see 10 names of the same boat on the screen, do you see what I mean?

Oh, The port has around 8 meters, thats enaught for all ships. Nils Holgerson has 6.20 the new one around 7 meters.
Your model is wrong in scale and dynamik. I am working on the model with correct scale and dynamics., with working azipod. than it should go in Trelleborg. I send if it is ready. Regards Thor

The sailboat is from Steve Sharp, it is very beautiful, Ehr has also built some other yachts, they are all little masterpieces.
Unfortunately his shop is down and I have no contact with him at the moment, but I will keep trying to make his beautiful yachts available again.

Yes, for those who don't want to switch yet, it will also work in Vsf. the scenery was built for Vehicle Simulator and now slightly adapted to Virtual Sailor NG. I will first publish for virtual Sailor and then test again in Vehicle Simulator, more on that later on this channel

@@Thor-Sten Hi there, I have an older - although not quite weak - computer. I use VS NG. Do you think this detailed scenery will still be usable with decent FPS? I7 6700K with 16GB RAM, 4.0 GHz, MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR6 VRAM, 1 TB SSD for games, 750 GB SSD for the O/S and other software.

Oh your system is better then my test System. So yes ist will run . But with bigger not optimized ships it gould be a bit heavy. Mit most ships it should run great.
My test System, also used for the Video.
I 7 4790 k 4x 4,4 ghz. 16 gb ram ssd and only a 1050 ti 4 gb.
If you will get stable 60 fps or more, you need a better card 3070, 2080 or up. But for a simulation thats not so important, stable more than 30 are ok. This should go easy with your System
