RIP Joey Alves
Y&T has lost far more than their share. That original line-up was amazing. They were something special. Don't get me wrong - the current line-up is excellent, but that original line-up was lightning in a bottle! Phil, Leonard, and Joey are definitely missed...
R.I.P. Leonard Haze
RIP Philip Kennemore and Leonard Haze and Joey Alves.
This is amazing!! This song slayed me in '"76.
Rest In Peace, Phil, Joey and Leonard :(
Viewing this in retrospect, knowing that two of those original members are gone now, it blows me away how hard they rocked it that night. I mean Leonard needed oxygen and still kicked the shit out of it; Joey was beginning to fade and was still Joey, like it was 1985 again.
F#*kin awesome.
may Leonard rest in peace thanks for sharing your talent with us

Dave is A good Man
Living i sweden, wasent mush uppdate on this band. But I got every record they made. Ass-kicki´n band with fantastic guitars and rythm. And when Facemelter came out, i was 13 again.
Leonard Haze. Genius player.
Leonard Haze!!
Phil's wife thanked me for some comment here years ago. I can't tell you how much it meant
Yesterday & Today....when Earthshaker came out in the 70's, well...that was all she wrote for me. What a road those early Y&T albums put me on! No regrets!

R.I.P. Phil, Joey and Leonard.
Don't get me wrong, I love the current line-up, but in the case of this video, I love that you go so many shots of just the originals.
+James Maresca Thanks! I'm glad I was there and recorded this. I should have got the whole song.
+mistreated Dude, that was a treat to watch! Loved this band since 1980 and had the honour of meeting Phil Kennemore once :-) Joey clearly still loves what he does - maybe go down the Maiden route of 3 guitarists??? Shocked to see Leonard Haze on oxygen though...guess time gets us all in the end
I was tjere
joey.. rip.. phil...leonard...and Tom size...the y&t camp has been hit so hard....
I saw the name Tom Size and didn't realize he also had passed away. I worked with him at Fantasy on some projects and independently at my studio a long time ago. He was a guy you never forgot
@@billyrayvalentine7972 yeah....Phil's wife also passed away from cancer.....
Filmore
Those drum sticks are like 2 feet long!
Where did the rest of the song go
Rhythm guitar player should have sat out for this.
Can I get less hoodie in my monitors please?
Love them miss the bass and original guitar players 😪
