I can’t wait to get some fresh asparagus so I can recreate the dish you made. I have had bacon wrapped asparagus before, but never with bread and I think that’s a genius addition because the bread will absorb the bacon flavor. Of course, mine still won’t come close to your homegrown asparagus grilled outside in the beautiful Swiss countryside. 😊 lovely to see Feta and Olive playing and happy and looking so perfectly healthy.
