Nightmare Difficulty doesn't exist for Steam version of Sky Force Anniversary. Insane Difficulty on PC is somewhere between Insane and Nightmare difficulties on mobile, for instance.
Indie There's a full Steam discussion regarding that, they're not going to do it. At least I've heard it exists in the PC version of Sky Force Reloaded, I think.
Nightmare Mode is in the PS4 and Wii U Port. I don't imagine anyone has a Wii U anymore but the PS4 might have it. Wouldn't know. I have the Wii U version and it's not all that bad... (The Wii U messing up from time to time is just the GPS tracker inside the Game Pad that can be replaced easily so that playing anywhere in the house is possible)
