Yes!! He listed Into the Radius right after HL Alyx - this guy knows what he’s talking about 👍
Great list! I can recommend the Quest Games Optimizer. Some of my favourites games are Carve Snowboarding, The Climb 2, Superhot, Presentiment of Death, Lies Beneath, Phantom Covert Ops, Crashland, Space Pirate Arena(if you have enough room) Racquet NX, Star Wars Tales from the Galaxies Edge, Vader Immortal Series, Affected-The Manor, Thumper, A Fisherman's Tale. Too many to list!!!
Thanks for the recommendations, probably should have been a top 100 list :D This is why I get so triggered when people complain that there's no good VR games
@thevrcoach Yeah. It's impossible for me to do a top 10 or 20. More like top 50! I would have to add most from your list, plus mine listed above. I am on the same page as you, there are plenty of games to get through. My backlog is probably bigger than my best of!
Quest Games Optimizer is really solid. Though I use it on Q3 specifically to upgrade the graphics of Q2 games
ASSASINS CREED NEXUS
feel like we still have a long way to go until we get some truly incredible games.
you havent tried half life alix, probably you don't have a good pc
Contractors Showdown looking good tbh
Any VR games where you can fly and maneuver in the air like a superhero perhaps you would need to control your flight to go into tunnels or various obstacles?
@@ricomajestic Minecraft VR mod, flying with elytra. Works with modpacks, too.
@@ricomajestic megaton rainfall
Such a well made video. Great job
Got my headset coming in this week so this'll give me a lot to work with! Thank you!!
you most likely have it by now but be careful with what youre doing work up through the games if youre on quest they have comfort things like i would not recommend just jumping into bonelab right away haha
Ancient Dungeon is up there as a must have easily for standalone Quest 3, with QGO it looks and plays as good as nstive PCVR. Lego Brick Tales too is crazy good fo a chilled sesh.
This one is a banger, chief. I wanted to know if there were more interesting VR games since I'm very close to finishing Half Life: Alyx and didn't know what else to play. This helped me massively. Thank you so much, dude.
Excellent list and description of best games!
@mapledan1130 Thanks very much! Any I missed?
Still misses cube arena man
Have to admit, we're a bit disappointed. Maybe it was an error that we weren't mentioned :(
Lmao dude your game sucks. Literally bugged out on the first mission and was unplayable.
Have MQ3 for about a month (has og psvr and loved superhot, spent time in rec room and SPARC rocked) -- I haven't tried all the games but so far spend the most time in Beat Saber, Vegas Infinite & Pop One. Hyperdash was also cool and it's fun to roam around meta horizon worlds.. some bars and their little games and the 2 arena rumble ones. Which ones are better?
Cool video my dude, I was on the fence about buying a VR set but you helped me make a decision.
Awesome, and thanks for the kind feedback! Welcome to the virtual world, heaps of cool experiences to try.
Great list dude!
Aint no way bro wrote half life *ALUX* 💀💀💀
this actually helped me so much great list thank u so much
So glad you found it useful! Thanks for the feedback and comment mate
this list is so underrated. great job
Glad you think so! Thanks
But still missing cube arena bruh
Cheers buddy happy days ❤
i think you should try vail vr , i am playing since it`s release and damn its literally the best multiplayer game right now but very few people join the server to play still loving it
I just bought a Quest 2 as see it at very low price and see a good opportunity to enter to VR world thinking to connect to my PC and your video is truly awesome and informative, thanks a lot and new suscriber
Awesome! Hope you enjoy the Quest 2
I would like to know how you record VR still images. I'm using a projector on the wall so the family can watch the game.
What do you mean by still images?
To screenshot, you hold the meta button and press the trigger once
When I record I try to record using liv which allows you to film yourself in Mixed reality but only some games are supported. If not then I use OBS, and either capture my gameplay directly from my desktop if I'm playing pcvr or if it's native quest the I'll stream it to a browser and capture that.
I sometimes use the built in recording for quest but the audio desync drives me crazy
I miss Cube Arena in this list for sure. The first MOBA with classic map like DOTA 2 or League of legends with Minecraft graphics. This sounds insane. You should definitely put it into the next top games even it’s still in app lab and still in development
Great video! Was wondering how optimized the vr mod for Deep Rock is because Idek it existed and can’t wait to try it out?
Very solid experience. You can pick up and play your existing characters. I play the engineer class, and lining up platforms was a bit difficult, and the mining is a bit clunky but general shooting and game play is great!
@@thevrcoach really appreciate the response you earned a sub. Thanks for the help I’ll make sure to try it later.
@zacharyurvina6089 cheers mate! Hope you enjoy as much as I do
The game i play almost every day is No Man's Sky, which is just a blast in VR (PC). For Standalone i can recommend First Person Tennis, ELEVEN Table Tennis, Racket Fury, Grid Legends and especially RESIST.
Great recommendations, thanks! I need to spend more time in No Man's Sky
I love red matter 2, still can't forget how breathtaking the view on the bridge of a space station in the orbit of a planet, i spent like 20 minutes just admiring the atmosphere,
Does anyone have a recommendation for a game with such view where we can just sit back and enjoy the scenery of outer space?
not out of space but Walkabout mini golf has gorgeous scenery and soothing back ground music in each level .
Download the ISS experience. It's multiple hours of being up in the ISS with a 360 view of everything. VERY neat.
any VR games where you can fly and maneuver in the air like a superhero or perhaps a game where you strap on a wingsuit and go base jumping?
@@ricomajestic check out climb and climb 2 along with Iron Man
@@ricomajestic theres a Iron man game out
Yeah you defniitely need to try more puzzle games. I'd recommend "I Expect You To Die" (start with #1), Floor Plan 2, Time Stall, A Fisherman's Tale, The Last Clockwinder.
Thanks for the recommendations!
Great list here!!!! Have them all except time stall. All of the Expect you to Dies are awesome!!!
My main 2 reasons for getting a quest is the drunken bar fight game and blade and sorcery
Good set of games, how did you get yourself into the Kayak VR kayak on the video?
That's with a software called liv . TV. Helps you record vr games In Mixed reality, each game has different overlays for example, in the first clip with broken edge it puts armor on you, and in kayak mirage, it puts you in the kayak. There's about 120 or so supported games, it's a little tricky to get set up and you need a decent computer, greenscreen and camera. Would you like me to make a tutorial on it?
@@thevrcoach I think that would be a great idea if you have time, especially how you did the kayak bit
@@mikegc3816 Here's the video guide czcams.com/video/KQk4iP-a5sc/video.html and the written version thevr.coach/liv-guide-mixed-reality-capture/ Hope it's easy enough to understand, let me know if you have any questions. The Kayak bit is actually the easiest part since it's automatic!
Thanks for the recommendation and idea. I am trying to make more guides and helpful content so please feel free to suggest more :)
@@thevrcoach Thanks mate, much appreciated. Out of interested what graphics card do you have?
@mikegc3816 I'm rocking a 4070 now. But I have used liv in the past with a 1080ti and 2080. I haven't had much trouble with lag except in kayak mirage. That game runs pretty hot and had to turn some settings down
Good list. While I haven’t played all of these I will say my personal favorite vr experience is from into the radius with the Stalker mod. But be warned stalker mod is no joke in difficulty so i wouldn’t start with it unless u just like pain that much. Base game I also had a great time with. Stalker mod makes all the changes I would say are perfect for improving the game
Trover saves the universe. Rated M for some topics discussed, but otherwise great game.
Better than most lists though.
The PCVR mod for Portal 2 is worth mentioning.
Nice one! I need to check that out, loved it on flat screen
Also Hotdogs Horseshoes, and Handgrenades if u like super detailed, realistic guns and reload mechanics
Great reccomendation
very good list
But misses Cube Arena😢
Broken Edge, could have been great, but the graphical design hurts my eyes.
I completely agree with every game
You have great tastes :)
Hello Coach, if ya haven't already, I highly recommend giving Resonite a look. Its a bit like VRChat but also very different, with a slowly growing community and extremely active developers. ^ ^
Thanks for the recommendation @legocreator768 , it has solid reviews on Steam too!
Guardians Frontlines is not mentioned?
Its the best game on quest in my opinion.
any VR games where you can fly and maneuver in the air like a superhero or perhaps a game where you strap on a wingsuit and go base jumping?
Superfly is pretty fun if you just want to fly around a city.
holy shit this deserves a lot of views tf
this is some great shit man
thankss
this literally covered everything
11:42 arizona sunrise ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
Underdogs is my favorite game for a work out and just for gameplay really
That's my #1 play next game! Hoping to dive into it this weekend!
You should definitely try Cube Arena. You would love it
For me
Wipeout Omega Collection
Superhot
Beat Saber
Contractors
Contractors Showdown
Dragon Fist VR
Stride Fates
Half Life 2(VR MOD)
Quake(VR Mod)
Boneworks
Compound
Breachers
Subnautica(VR M0D)
Risk Of Rain 2(VR Mod)
Eleven Table Tennis
The Climb 2
Half Life Alyx(I do think it's a well made VR game, but it played it way too safe imo)
Many other games I have started or yet to full dive into to
to the top referral code...Does anyone have it?
Blatantly ignores the Lone Echo titles 😂😂😂
Ah crap, you're right! I'm sure there's some other obvious ones I missed too
@@thevrcoachVTOL is also fun :) but you don't have a Sim category in the video
@@PySnek Thanks for the recommendation, I don't have a lot of sim experience so didn't feel comfortable talking about it. I've added VTOL to my wishlist and will pick it up in the future!
I wish I had a vr headset but I can’t afford it it’s been my dream for three
Just start saving a little bit each month. Even if it's only $10 a month, that adds up after a while. That's how I got mine.
INTO THE RADIUS MENTIONED
Mandatory
Very excited to "break my opponent's edge" 0:13
😏
how did you miss SUPERHOT VR
If you know how to do it you can get the old ps1 half life and put it on quest. Just uh..be careful
davigo in my opinion is the BEST pc/pcvr party game out there
also on quest
Half life alux lmao 7:27
The late night typo's 😅
No sim section? No Squadrons?
Sorry to disappoint, I don't have much experience in sims other than f123. What are the ones you would recommend checking out first?
ASSASSIN'S CREED NEXUS
Gorilla tag: hold my beer 🗿
half life alux
bro has really played 50 different VR games?
Probably over 100.. I need to get a life
DRG Modded? Say less!
no eleven tabletennis??
You're right it deserves a spot
bro I wanted to simp but
If these are the 50 best VR games you’ve played then I have good news for you - you have many amazing games left to experience.
blade and sorcery IS NOT an rpg
It certainly can be if you have a powerful enough imagination... 🤣
Not a single racing game...
Do you have a recommendation for one?
Half Life Alux
Hard understanding you, you speaks. Too fast
Ah sorry mate, my kiwi accent probably doesnt help either. Thanks for the feedback. I'll try articulate a bit more in future videos. Do the captions make it better?
No I expect you to die games?
Nice one! I missed lots... Top 100 next time
Punch fit is free
Such a good workout too!
How does wd s&s make horror list but not the legion exorcist vr @@thevrcoach
So basically VR pretty much still sucks....
Flat games are 50 years old. VR games are only about 5 years old and mixed reality games are only about 1 year old. Let them cook...
Terrible list. The plank as number 2 and a kid game at number 1???? Terrible mate
Its broken down via genre, cheers though
Pretty much every game is made for kids… a game can be made for children and still be good
Yeah, dude. I'm with you! He should prove mathematically that the first game is, de facto, more enjoyable than the others.
Alyx. Don’t misspell the best VR game dude. Nobody cares about ya cardio or seeing you.
Do you have some minutes to make a video to explain why misspelling the name of the best VR game is that crucial? I'm really interested.
