Pospisil at center would open up so many options for the flames. This could justify not picking a winger in the draft and drafting TIJ to play on the wing in a year or two down the line 👀

Pospisil being good as a centre and at taking face-offs is great news for the Flames. You can put him out as a wing on important/crucial face-offs and if the center gets tossed by the linesman, Pospisil can swoop in and still give us a good chance of winning the draw. It eliminates the need for putting two centers out for crucial draws.
Cant wait to see the leafs hire this guy and see their power play numbers tank. Who do you think will be the flames new PP coach? I would like to see someone like Woodcroft back behind the bench haha

Most likely see Sam Morton getting a look at the NHL at center. He is a center/LW after all and looked pretty decent in his first 20 ish pro games. I like his skating and skill, if he has a great development summer he might suprize us all he was even top 10 hoby baker finalist this year. Let the rebuild continue!

The loss of Savard is no big deal. The powerplay was one of the big reasons Flames didn't make the playoffs. Trying Pospi at center is an interesting idea but I kind of liked the way Zary was playing and I think Pospi will be more effective on the wing
