i see a lot of drummers with a wrong sitting position and wrong drumstick position. a teacher looks at the beginning of you and gives good advice. once you've practiced a wrong position, it's very difficult to get rid of it. in addition, the wrong posture costs a lot of strength and you cramp up quickly.
