Abus does, if you are near enough. They operate on bluetooth, not internet. If you want a warning when it’s moved/disturbed, use a gps tracker system.

Not sure what you mean. The U lock mentioned here from Noke seems like a great idea. It's just a U lock but with smart tech for added security and easier to deal with like auto unlock when your phone is near the lock.

Some have GPS.
