@@officialmortius That's a good description for a lot of Geoff arrangements: Way Down (solo) and Wicked Medley (VP) stand out as prime examples.
When I was recording my reaction to this, I jumped WAY too hard at the "I'll scare you right out of your skin" and then his dang "hey yall " at the very very which wasn't even supposed to scare you lol. Great reaction brother!
Aha! So you were one of them. I saw two reactors jump out of their skin at his “Hey y’all” but couldn’t recall who they were.
Flummoxed Mortius is the highlight of my day. You did not disappoint, even with less analysis than usual.
Rick did such a good job on the makeup, it took Geoff two days to get all the black makeup off. Fortunately, he said, his neighbors are used to him coming home from video shoots looking crazy.
I watched this as soon as it came out, Geoff is seriously a work of art in himself 🥹❤️ my Halloween soul is happy and he’s still so attractive even as a skeleton can we just say- loved your reaction as always!
A call out to Dragon voice is standard with What It Do Dave. But Mortius exclaiming it? Also never get tired of shrieks made by him! 🤣
From what I've read, Geoff and Kathy dismantled part of their backyard to provide the big props for the graveyard.

So Pattycake did not produce this video. Geoff produced this on his own. In the video description, he is credited as the Producer, Director, and Editor, in addition to being the Arranger and Performer, so this is all Geoff. He DID film this at Pattycake though, according to the credits, which makes sense. They have the studio space and, probably, the piano because who the heck wants to move a piano? Under the Pattycake credit for the space, he does have a special thanks to Layne and Tony "for all their help." It would not surprise me if they provided the harmonies later on in the video. Now it would not surprise me if Geoff shot and edited this video using Pattycake's tech. In fact, the fire in Geoff's eyes is very similar to the, if not the exact same, effect that Voiceplay used on him for Hellfire. If he did use Pattycake's tech, that would have made it a lot easier because Geoff would have been like, "Annnnd... add my Frollo Hellfire Effect..." But yeah, the set design was all Geoff and Cathy and the editing was all Geoff.
And don't be ashamed by a lack of analysis. Sometimes your facial expressions and body movements are all the analysis we need. 😁
The eye effects in this video are pumpkins, it was flames in the Hellfire video
@@joymed987 Ah ok. He might still be using the same effect, but replaced the fire with pumpkins. I would imagine the effect itself (something projected in the eyes) is harder to do than deciding what the effect should be (hellfire or pumpkins). With the Hellfire effect already created and loaded into Pattycake's editing software, it should be relatively easy to replace the fire with pumpkins. And I imagine that's what Geoff did.
Yes, it was filmed at Pattycake. A few of their props (including the piano) was used, the rest was from the Castellucci's. The help from Tony and Layne was moving and setting up that heavy ass piano and some help with rigging the lighting. PattyCake doesn't have editing software. Layne and Geoff edit videos in their own homes, and Geoff edited this at home. 🙂

Seeing your reactions go from genuine shock to borderline-affectionate "I'm so done with your bs" is so very entertaining. Like, yes, we know he's gonna knock our socks off, but it's still a bluescreen every time lmao
this was fun as always! I cant even with Geoff. One small grip in the outro you did and gals (kiss) blokes (kiss) and all other folks, I'll see you.... I need one more puppy kiss after folks, its annoying me that the kissing note didn't resolve and will never do so.
Geoff has a range of facial expressions from reactors, but they're practically the same for every reactor. Eye rolls, "Oh, you!" smiles, nods...it's fascinating. Just like Geoff! Great reaction, but you cut off too soon!
Most of the Halloween props came from Geoff and Kathy's house and yard. Love that she did Zero's animation! The moon is really a light if you look closely you can see the narrow stand. You closed it up too early and you should know not to get antzy.
