I loved seasons 1 & 2 but honestly this season kinda sucks so far. Jake/tom are being an annoying toxic couple as usual, especially Jake. At least Tom talks about other stuff besides his not relationship with him. Riya is the only villain actually messing with other players, even Yul doesn’t bother anyone but grett. Merge was way too early, Tess & Ashley just became therapist, especially Ashley. When was the last time she talked about something that doesn’t involve Jake/tom? And the main issue is that there are too many romance drama’s. Why is everybody hooking up and badly at that? Why can’t we get more backstories like how Tess cured her depression, Aiden’s transition, grett weight loss, yuls reason for being a jerk, Alec family etc why only love drama?
I felt similarly, but don't mind as much. I caught myself thinking about how this is an All Stars season, and they put a focus on prior relationships. Like, a significant focus. We're not learning about these characters for the first time. We're developing a deeper understanding. I just wish Fiore had more time to develop here tbh. She was such a threat her season.

@@moneymaker8815 I wouldn’t say they are developing anything with the couples, it’s mostly just them fighting or not wanting to talk things through. But it makes sense that fiore left so early. The only reason she made it so far is cause most people didn’t know she was an evil genius but by now everyone knows it so she lost her edge at manipulation and doesn’t have Alec to help her on the physical side of things.
I actually disagree Tom is the one who doesn’t talk about anything but Jake. Jake talks about Tom, how he wants to grow as a person, his rivalry with Aiden and Ally, and friendship with Ashley.
Even though I really enjoy this season, I cannot disagree with you.
The only backstory storyline we actually get is the bad Ally internet hater story 😭
12:46 remember the cave episode in S1 with Ellie and Jake? When Ellie would just let Jake ramble on and on without really acknowledging him? That made me think of that moment lol
I don't really agree with the 'Aiden is being immature/childish' argument. Where was he childish? When Jake is always at his back with the constant nasty attitude? What is he supposed to do? Ignore him forever? It was always Jake that started the arguments and escalated them. I agree with the whole Ally is learning from Jake, but why isn't she immature then? What is this double-standard?
Aiden at least honestly doesn't seem to hate jake, as he told Tom it was best to come clean to Jake,(or at least then), but Ally didn't do anything like that? if anything, he's the most mature person there. He can understand where he stands, he is emotionally intelligent and he was willing to listen to Tom to patch things up with Jake despite everything until Jake shot him from the tree.
So why is Aiden immature? Cuz he's a boy and could be a love interest? Cuz he's talking to Tom? Cuz he's more down to earth and 'boring'? There is only so much a person can handle being targeted all the time.
I agree with you and before anyone says “Aiden shot him first” umm Aiden shot him by accident and even if Aiden did shoot him on purpose it’s the challenge right? Only one of them could’ve had immunity. I guarantee you if the roles were reversed and it was Jake who shot Aiden from the tree they still would’ve been praising jake and villainizing Aiden. Jake would’ve gotten some points if he just took his L and not be confrontational with Aiden and accepted his apology then I would’ve seen he was trying to change.

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised look at how she treated Rosa, and Connor and those two actually cared about her. She couldn’t even bother to assist Fiore & Ellie is the challenges even tho they’re in an alliance. If I were Alec I would be smart in putting my trust in Riya. I respect them as a duo but at the end of the day Riya only looks out for herself. That’s just my thought
Well, I would be pissed off if I was Aiden as well. The constant glares every challenge, voting of his boyfriend, accusing him of cheating on his boyfriend, calling Aiden names, shooting Aiden out of a tree, and Jake just being plain petty. Even the long him to go to h*ll. Even trying to convince everyone to vote Aiden out even though it is smarter to vote for the villains. Aiden would rather vote for Riya than Jake. So, he had to campaign against Jake because Jake started it. I would be angry too. I don’t think Aiden is being childish either, rather his anger is justified. Aiden also liked Jake. Jake was his favorite contestant from season 1 (this was mentioned season 2). So Aiden would have probably been really good friends with Jake if it wasn’t for Jake’s horrible behavior. That’s the sad part. Aiden has done nothing wrong except support Tom in trying to get the two back together or at least talk. He also defended Jake when talking about Tom’s actions in episode 10. He said something along the lines of “even Jake doesn’t deserve this.” That in my opinion shows maturity. You might not like someone, but you could still advocate for what’s right and wrong. Idk. That’s my opinion of Aiden. At least Aiden has been trying to be civil with Jake and even apologized after accidentally shooting him. Jake, has not done anything remotely nice to Aiden.

@@Keem643 Same. Honestly, I might have confronted Jake right there. Clear the air. If anyone says they wouldn’t act like Aiden in that situation is blind. Unless they can give me a different way they would react to Jake’s treatment but tbh, most people would react like Aiden. At least Aiden is trying to stay civil with him. 😑

Honestly the only thing that’s different between him in season 2 vs 3 is he’s less angry
It is wried how much he's letting Jake bug him for most of the season they didn't even interact but after he got pay back Adien has been so pissed and pety which feeds into Jake's well everything causing him to lash out at Adien which makes Adien more pissed and yeah maybe after episode 1p they'll both realize they're being ridiculous but hard to tell

@LucyRose2024 I was trying to say who was right or wrong I just thought that Adien's hatred for Jake seemed wried sense they really only started interacting in the later half of the season because in this competition I think glears would be kind of normal from someone on a different team but to be fair I think as soon as Adien found out that Jake thought he had a thing for Tom he read everything as personal and just started overcompensating

Not only does Aiden have a boyfriend and said boyfriend (James) trusts Aiden, what signs were their that their was more happening? Plus if Tom & Aiden really were a thing then why would Jake still want to be with Tom? If he really was a cheater plus ghosting you for 2 years should be enough for you to move on and yet instead he caused drama. Never understood his logic
Base on the premiss of from the Trailer I think the next episode will have the winner win immunity for both themselves and the person who came back and the 4 likely people to comeback are James, Connor, Ellie, and Fiore. James can work as he can be what is needed to finally help Jake and Aiden rivalry as likely being out first gave him enough time to talk to others to figure out what went wrong with Jake mainly Miriam giving this information and wanting the Villains mainly Alec who started the delusion to fail, why James well he develop and can confront the issue in a way Jake can't argue that he stuck on his pass relationships and that ruining any chance of any friendship he could have but all James forgives him as someone else was using Jake broken heart to create drama between the Jake and everyone else. Connor could comeback as Karma to Riya where he state his problems openly and thinks the "fans" she care about never liked her for being a Villain and real fans would like her as who she is and she will never understand that until told to her face, Connor can also be there for Ally to give a similar speech letting Ally relies that Haters are emotional people looking for anyone to hate and her Friends, Fans, Boyfriend matter more. Ellie is mainly to change the name of the Villain game getting Alec thrown out, telling Gabby she can be good or evil no matter what she be by her side and as long as she control that side together they can make it in life together, and help get drama started. Fiore could comeback but not to interested in Alec after seeing he wouldn't be someone likely to help her real problem as looking at what little we know Fiore home life is..... not healthy, it looks like she lives in a very religious area with parents who never wanted a daughter but need to be grateful for her, so they make her act out, come up with plans to leave and get her to hate her religion then show her off as a hell spawn and leave her in a boarding school for the rest of her life.... Yay that what I see as likely but it's hard physically showing that without backlash if my guess is right so it's vague but Fiore really want a new home and will try finding that in other remaining contestants.
In all these ways the Villains do get what coming either being betrayed/backstab or have people point the real concern the right way, just with Fiore they get one or two more Episodes before it all comes crashing down, Ellie be a quick backstab in order to gain control, Connor can make Riya flip on Alec, and James can convict Yul to backstab Alec knowing he can tell Grett, No matter what Alec will not have a Happy Ending.
You know what I was actually impressed Jake took it very well When Is tom lie about having a boyfriend also tom vote jake He didn't yell or gone mad. He just said whatever.

Listen I love Aiden but I will have to agree that his character is being used as a plot device for Tom & Jake. That was definitely the wrong move especially since he’s very loyal to his bf James. Once James & Lake got eliminated I wanted to see Aiden have his own arc and see how he would succeed on his own in the game. I was not expecting him to be the third in Tom & Jakes mess and I hate that for him. Now I won’t lie I do love his friendship with Tom and how they support each other. But Aiden & Jake beefing all the time is annoying & is definitely getting dragged out. I’m sorry but I don’t agree on calling Aiden childish because he’s done nothing to Jake. Their beef is literally one sided on Jake’s part. Jake has literally been targeting Aiden since Alec manipulated him into thinking Aiden & Tom were a thing. From Jake voting out James as a way to hurt Aiden, to him constantly glaring at him, and constantly coming for him in challenge, y’all can’t expect Aiden not to be defensive or feel a way. If any of y’all were in Aiden’s position dealing with someone like Jake I’m pretty sure y’all would react the same way.

This is what I think will happen in ep 11 I think Connor will rejoin and so it will be a 50 50 again and the heros will make Yul realize that he is dead after they are gone and so all 6 of them will vote Alec because he is the leader of the villains alliance the reason why I think this so far is because Alec will get out because he is the only one who does not have drama yet

I want a theory about Isabella ❤ You and other People always theorize about Candace,Doof,Perry even other minor characters but i have never seen a theory about her EVER! Why is that? Is she so boring? Lol
I didn't watch the ep11 yet just for the sake of making predictions here hehe x3 I've never written some predictions for any of DC or TD and wanted to do it for the first time xD
sooo I think that Connor is probably the one who will comeback to finish Riya's storyline, that said I doubt that she will pass 'til the finale AGAIN so her story will end before that with her and Connor leaving. For the same reason of already being a finalist on a previous season, I think Aiden won't be in the finals too, and, plotting wise, I think that the Tom/Jake drama will resolve near the end and only one of they will go to the final. For the villains, I'm sure Gabby won't stay much, and Yul is needed for Grett's plot, so he will stay (maybe being eliminated just before the finale?).
This way I think the final will be: Tom or Jake, Grett (for the sake of her own story) and Alec, who screams main villain since he said he "watched season 1 over and OVER". And, in this scenario, I will probably cheer for Tom/Jake, but it would be clever if Grett wins at the end, with her victory being a symbolic one too, as she finally gets to love herself without others approval, much like James's win was kinda a symbol for his bad person to good person character arc and Miriam's being representative of her letting others get emotionally closer to her...

A Grett-Tom-Alec finale would be pretty cool, especially because gen 1 campers are my favorites x) Personally a Grett win would be my favorite scenario, even tho Alec winning would be deserved too. Even though I can see Tom get to the finale, I wouldn't love to see him win, mostly because Miriam already shared her money with Jake once, so if Tom were to win, he would share it with Jake too, which seems a bit "repetitive". People would probably dislike Jake even more than they do know if that were to happen x)

I don't see Aiden as childish at all. Jake is being totally aggressive to him because he can't get over Tom. Aiden's anger towards Jake is completely justified and understandable. Also, Jake's in the wrong for starting beef with Ally and disrespecting her for simply hanging out with Ashley. I see Aiden and Ally as victims of an angry manchild than anything.
How so? They only started interacting negatively since episode 8, and Aiden was the antagonizer. THEN Aiden proceeded to take Jake's logical game move against him to taunt him, and gets mad when the guy that Tom said was "sensitive" reacted like that. And here, Aiden says he gave "many chances" to Jake but never did. Keep in mind, he's acting like this from hearing one side of the story, and from the assumption that Jake voted James, which he shouldn't know about

For all the seasons faults the Villain's Alliance has been entertaining and sacking Ashley showed why they have the edge in the game. Also Gabby's villain arc has been more entertaining than I expected.
i agree about Ashley's elimination being one of the best but also since shes my favorite character, one of the most heartbreaking. i cried when i saw her get out and i never cried at any elimination in any show.
as for my predictions i hope:
Grett finally stands up for herself against Yul
Connor, Lake, or Fiore return
to see Ashley again after her heartbreaking elimination
that Jake and Tom make up and start dating again before Jake ruining it even more
that Ally and Grett make it to late merge (final 6-7)
and lastly, to see Yul get eliminated

Unfortunately I feel that the season came out very rushed.
The Jake and Tom drama could have been arranged in two chapters:
1-We save ourselves that drama between Jake, Tom and Aiden and in the process we don't ruin a beloved couple/characters Besides, they could have shown other plots for these
•Aiden could have shown improvement in physical challenges for Lake and Aiden (but ends up being carried by Tom + Tom's friendship with Aiden is very ☠️)
•Ally only stands out for Jake.
•Grett and Yul's drama bores me I just want Grett to finally tell Yul to fuck off
•Gabby as a villain feels like sierra They would have become a villain lmao
Don't Get me wrong I really do I like aiden He's one of my favorite character but I like it better when he in season 2 but season 3 He started to get annoying.
Same also I fell sad about him because its not organic what Aiden is doing in this season and also because he plot should be become more stronger and independent ,and not being part of a triangle Love trio and figth with a adult with a mind of a child.
You want to know the most crazy thing that I have found out why Allys fans hate her in the Disventure Camp universe it's because 6 different characters exposed that Ally does Onlyfans

I think this is untrue. Yes, he got in a fight but Jake started it. Also, he was the one who got Tom to talk to him. He literally said “Last season I learned that problems are best talked openly instead of festering” Then Tom said “ok. Let’s just hope this doesn’t end badly.” Then Aiden replied “There’s only one way to find out!” He encouraged Tom to talk to him. He also said “You know I’m not the biggest fan of Jake, but even he doesn’t deserve that.”

This comment is made to anyone disappointed in the show and is going down the rabbit hole of overcriticizing this show.
It's been 10 episodes of straight mediocrity, this show is not gonna get better. It's just time to "Put up or Shut Up". Either " Put up" and lower your standards, so you can continue watching this show for what it is a boring yaoi love soap opera. Or "Shut up" and just drop the show and find something actually better to watch, read, play etc. Odd Nations clearly don't care about any of our criticisms to fix this show to maintain our investment/interest in enjoying DCAS. That is the risk they took by focusing all of the screentime on Jake and putting strategy and manipulation in the background. So, it's time to leave. Keep in mind it's not our job to watch a terrible show for 21 episodes just for "it to finally be good".
If Disventure Camp S1 is a 9/10 show that's probably the best Total Drama content to ever exist. Disventure Camp All-Stars will most likely end like Total Drama Action, that 4/10 sequel that nobody wants to remember.
Anyways, at the end of the day this is all just entertainment and you do have the right to drop ANY show once it loses your interest. This show will finish in 6 more months and maybe binging the last 10 episodes might improve of your opinion this cartoon

We have plenty of good shows to eat. Personally, I'd rather rewatch the entirety of Craig of the Creek before S6 drops, than watch one more episode of Disventure Camp with this abysmal quality. I'm only saying this cause its not good to over-criticize any show to the point of deteriorating your own mental health.
