At that time u can say Prophet was kind of celebrity. I mean to say he was popular. Second we know that no matter what age Prophets are the most beautiful, charming and Manly Personality. Third, In today world the so called Celebs age 55+ but still girls going crazy for them even early teenage girls. And yeah I want to confirm I am not comparing Prophet with Today celebs what I wanna say is Popularity.
Last why he didn't marry when Aisha RA was 20+. See Mostly nonmuslims may Allah forgive me says he have more sexual desires but I don't think so it was true for me it was by the command of Allah. Why? B/c we know I got through teenage and now I am 25+ sexual desires got hype up in this age if he want to marry more why he stay married only to Hazrat Khadeeja till Nabuwat b/c it was normal in the Arab society at that time too if he have such he could have simply have multiple wives. And Why it is Allah command b/c we see most of his marriages is like with slave, widow, cousin to break this norm also, marriage with Zaynab RA to break the norm that Ur adopted son is ur real son. Similarly what I believe maybe I am wrong but this marriage was to show things like marriage can be done with father permission in early time but consummation should be at the age when puberty hit. Just like in today world britishers just left a thing in Indo Pak that you become mature at 18. That's not true look in history except muslims there are hindu fighters who conquer lands in there teens Bajirao married to his wife when she was 8. Julite married to Romeo when she was 13 still her mother says u married a bit late at the age u should have one to two kids.
I'll end with there are chances I am wrong but not Allah and his Prophet. When I first heard about it I myself was kind of shock but instead of being reactive I just left such content for sometime b/c these might be the time when Allah test u u failed it u lose it. Believe me or not may u guys have that feeling why ppl become exmuslims but I am very happy that black sheeps are leaving Islam. Atleast they have clearity not like today hypocrite muslim who doesn't bother that he is not pray who doesn't bother at all in destroying sunnah during his wedding. At every stage of his life he behave as a non muslim but on eid on Ramzan they are muslims.
Last I share my personal Experience when I was 15 I heard that if u do a khatam of surah Yaseen and on some Sugar hidden in a pot blow with your breath Allah or Muhammad will be written on it and Wallahi is see myself when I remove upper covering from pot it was written Muhammad. And don't try b/c if u do u might do it testing Allah and he doesn't like it in my case I doesn't have that intention of testing him

Aisha R.A was sexually mature for marriage as mentioned from authentic sources
“Al-Dawudi said: “And Aishah’s body had been matured. [i.e. reached ‘good Youthfulness’ (Shabaaban husna)] - may Allah be pleased with her“ (“Sharh al-Nawawi” 9/207 [Explanation of Sahih Muslim]).
Aisha said: “When a girl [jaariyah] reaches [balaghat] 9 years old [tis'asineen] , then she is [fa hiyya] a woman [imra'ah] ” (Recorded in Sunan al “Tirmidhi”, Kitab al Nikah [Book on Marriage] 1027).
Malik (Ibn Anas), Imam Abu Hanifa and Ash-Shafi’ie (ALL respected scholars of Islam) have said: A Restriction Limit [arabic: hadd] (should be placed between marriage partners until maturity) that is able for (tuTeeq = able to handle) Sexual intercourse. (al jamaa')
Al-Tirmidhi has narrated under a Hadith in his collection’s Book of Marriage, Chapter 18. It goes as: Sayyidah Aisha said: ‘When a girl is nine years old, she is a woman (meaning, she has attained puberty).’ (Tirmidhi, Hadith 1109)
Hence, it is amazing to see a person making so much effort in trying to malign other religions and prophets based upon HALF TRUTHS;
On one hand you rely on proof of the age of marriage from islamic sources - however on the other hand you IGNORE all the references from the same sources which point to the fact that there was a gap of 3 years between marriage and consummation of marriage and that this wait period was meant to give her sufficient time to develop as a women which was confirmed by Aisha R.A herself.
Lastly the success of her marriage and the love and affection between her and prophet saws till he breathed his last and even after that is Proof that all these allegations are nothing but means to obfuscate the truth and to divert the attention from the core concepts of Islam ie Islamic Monotheism

The Prophet married Aisha when she was young, developed the capabilities she had, and produced the most beautiful female personality: balanced, confident, strong, reliable, pious, satisfied, and truly guided. He equipped her with knowledge and whatever is necessary to develop a
sound character from childhood. Allah gave her years to live after the Prophet and she remained a beacon emanating knowledge to the world until the Day of Judgment.

While reading Tafseer of Surah Noor, I used to think why Allah sent character certificates of two women , Maryam ( AS) and Aisha ( RA) , these two women have always been pricking hearts of Islamophobics like a needle. I see the parallel between these two:
