@@annahopson9023 you must of didn’t watch the movie or the documentary. Cause that was in the first 8 mins of the movie and she said it all throughout the documentary. She said it in every other interview too. Maybe they cut it out of this one, being it’s ET. She was honest about everything and you can tell she’s over the drug use cause she can talk about it. She even said that Kelvin put her in the sober living situation to keep her away while Sharina had the baby. She wasn’t addicted to alcohol, she did that cause he said to. 🤦🏾♀️

@@virgoqueen8950 I agree. Her parents didn't help the situation. If anything, they complicated it more than anything. Father telling her "You would be prettier if you would loose weight." Who the hell says that to their kid? You can see why she had an eating disorder, had plastic surgeries, and suffered from low self-esteem, especially with her relationships. I wondered if her mom apologized to her and acknowledged what she did to Wendy and the effects on her life before she died? Hope her father steps to Wendy before his time is up and realize his mistakes to her.
Hopefully she gets a real dude. Life is too short to settle for ppl that can't even give you the bare minimum. Most importantly-make sure you know who you are before you get with someone else. _💯_

I never understand women who say they stay with a man “because of the kids”. It should be BECAUSE OF the kids that you want to set a good example for them and a precedent that you won’t allow your partner to treat you poorly or disrespect you. Your kids shouldn’t have to grow up in a dysfunctional, toxic home for the sake of mommy and daddy living under the same roof. That literally hurts them more than if they grew up in a healthy, coparenting environment.

I can feel her hurt and pain. She loved that man. She’s hurt that this man is still with the baby momma appearing to be happy while she’s obviously lonely and still hasn’t found anyone. Usually that’s the way it is. Toxic people quickly find someone but ultimately I think he will regret losing her. Temporary happiness.

Yeap, it’s a control issue. They want to keep everyone away from you so you’ll feel like they are all you have. So they can cheat, get caught, and you would still be there cause you have no one else. You ought to watch the interview she has with her new DJ on CZcams. His name is DJ sussone and she explains how much better the environment is that Kelvin is no longer working there. And states they are like family at the studio when before they weren’t even allowed to speak to her.

I’ll share from experience, 2 parents putting up with each other at home just doesn’t work. A father who can’t show a son how to truly love n respect a woman doesn’t work. A mother who shows her son that she’ll stick around when a man mistreats her doesn’t work.
All I’m saying is, yes we’re fans. But what can we learn from this?

When you have children it’s not about yourself anymore.
A regular so to speak’ woman probably would have left sooner. But Wendy also had her career which kept her distracted from everything going on in her personal life and she also stated she was deeply in love with her husband.
Wendy knows she really loved that man that’s why she stayed with him that long not because they had a son she still loves him!
I think that if you understand Wendy Williams sense of humour, you will understand that everything that comes out of her mouth is pure realness with sarcasm. All the celebrities complaining that Wendy has talked about them is just for fun and not meant to attack them. Theres a difference when people just say things out of sarcasm versus when someone attacks your character. Wendy is just pure fun, entertaining and has no mean bone in her body.

I have been a Wendy fan since 2009 I think I was 21 then I’m 36 now. I love this woman so much I gained 10 pounds from stress after the new documentary was released. Wendy is like family my heart breaks for her but she still inspires me so much to chase my own dreams.

Wendy is resilience if it was a person. When she was talking about her mother and she pushed thru those tears, changes subject elegantly and started back smiling! The owning of who she is, I would aspire to have those traits any day over these people who THINK they have "read" her. She is successful in her own right and regardless of her imperfections she stands tall
