@@drifoy I think most of us have heard them before and appreciated them. This song gave us more and with more spotlight than is usual. People who have paid attention all along know how good Jisoo and Lisa are. But this song really highlighted it more. (For example, Jisoo does a similar falsetto type voice in "Don't Know What to Do" but it's just the "ooh-ooh-ooh-oo-oo-oo-oo" part of the chorus, so people haven't talked about it much. Lisa's perfect pitch emotive singing in "You Never Know" showed what she's capable of, but it got highlighted, reinforced and confirmed in this song.

Yes. Hopefully, people will stop trying to push her into the "only lead vocal" slot all the time and realize that the members are not ranked as best and second best and third best. They are all the best. They have differences (thankfully!). But they all can shine and the differences don't have to be turned into silly and rigid "main", "lead" and "sub" ranking labels. (YG never even talks about those things, but some fans are so obsessed with labeling and ranking the members that they're constantly repeating the "main/lead/sub" ranking lists everywhere all the time for some reason that I can never understand.)
She shined with no push by YG I'm so proud of her😭

This song is suited so well with the BP concept, it’s a girl’s sad song but really echoes more with these girls because we all know or must know that no matter how much pain they have in real life, when the mission come they have to put everything aside and put the happy face mask on. BlackPink girls may not be the best musician or vocalist like some people expect or criticize about, but they have the soul of the best performer that can turn on your emotions when you see them or hear them and that’s weird but magical. Again , like many reactions that I commented on about this song, give some love to the artist who wrote this song, Teddy Sinclair, herself is such a gem as well. Great works as always, guys!
