Thank you!! I have been meditating for over 2 years and i don't see any changes, i do 'ana pana sati' meditation. Some people claim they saw changes in just few mins so that makes me think if i am not doing correctly or they are just assuming something not real!
I'll tell you my experience. I was initiated in kriya yoga. I did it regularly and surely saw some positive changes. Albeit these changes were mild in my experience, they gave me calmness and joyfulness. I am not saying these changes were small. They were great. Later on, I learnt Hatha Yoga. Now when I did that regularly, it hit me very strongly. The energy I was accumulating and actually experiencing was tremendous to a point where there was a clear distinction in my experience when I did it regularly and when I didn't. I have heard other people's experiences who were initiated in the same kriya yoga and it has been absolutely amazing for them. However, I found Hatha Yoga more effective for myself. My sister lives in devotion to Krishna. I find it hard to be devoted despite my best efforts. The point is, different people need different paths. Continue to do what you are doing, but also look for something that resonates more with you. Hope that helps.

Sri M ( or on ) 😈😆
One day I have a terrific experience that in midnight, my father call my name and said open the door. 3 times I heard. Its like record. I'm start to get up, suddenly he said i want Water and change voice. I'm noticing that he didn't knock. Before in bed time my father told me, "baby I took some drinking water ".I'm afraid and close my eyes and Hug my little girl .after 2or 3minits i heard a terrible voice inside the room... I'm not moving, not open my eyes. After that incident I don't want to be living alone. And afraid in darkness.... I don't know how to remove it... 😟(sorry for my bad English)
Did you tell this to your Dad?
poornima rajesh ji ,dont fear . the dead are as harmless as baby . parents never harm their children . please offer tarpan .it is an old hindu ritual . all will be well .
But what if there's actually someone(thing) that's gonna hurt(frighten) you and you know it.
We believe and you should also believe that nothing happens without the wish of the Lord. So, if my Lord has sanctioned such turn of events that will hurt me up, I will bow down before His wish and embrace anything for His happiness. That's how people who do sadhana in the dark, lonely and frightening cremation grounds for the whole night make up their minds. Sadhaks who go through this also know that this so-called frightening experience also has to be subsumed by the power of the mind to prove their worthiness or mettle to the Almighty and move one step closer to Him. So, I think you have heard the phrase "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger", it's just that.
@@swarnendu89 I understand. But I remember Sri M said once to ditch your belief(even in God) to be a seeker ie.Search for the truth but never hold beliefs.
@@krrishanacode3456 Well if you do so then have the integrity of mind to consider them (who might come and do all such nuisances around you during your sadhana in such places) as mithyas (fallacy of mind) too and remain steadfast and maintain concentration and continue your sadhana.
