How does this ADSR work? The individual elements (A,D,S,R) appear to have individual *outs*, not as one may expect, IN's. What are the advantages of having outs rather than ins?

    Great!
I had a look on your pcb drawing. what is the matter of the second flag of the jacks trigger in and gate in? so th "G" and the "+12V". are these stereo jacks?

First off sorry for the lack of information.
It looks like stereo jack but it’s a mono 3.5mm jack which has three pins such as Tip, Sleeve and Switch. As you know, Switch pin is normalled to Tip pin. So you can just connect “G” and “+12v” to each Switch pins.
      Hope it helps!

May I ask about your soldering iron and solder you use?

      Yes, why not?
I’m using Hakko FX-600 and Kester Sn60Pb40 (0.6mm). Hope it helps!
