Its actually nutritious, in odisha we used to make sattu in home with all these ingredients+ more chana dal . And this used to consume by both kids n adult.
But u guys don't workout which doesn't hold the protein in sattu. People of Bihar, Orissa and Bengal have a high protein consumption but they don't workout so it stores in belly fat.

you're wrong. I study nutrition and it should be diluted this otherwise it will be too heavy on your gut. Since they consume it on a regular basis, the dilution is necessary.

This is not really that nutritional. Most of the nutrition is still in the solids. Only some part of water soluble nutrients will be mixed in to water. And majority of it is just sugared water. Its better to just eat the components a few spoonful of them each day without sugar. That'll be much healthier
better than fruit juices and soda. And ofc beer
