Susan M Parker wrote an excellent book called Power of the Seed. Its everything you need to know about topical oils for skincare. Barbara should also read books by Earl Mindell. He's by far the best nutritionist in the world.

During the Khmer Rough, everybody starved to death. I ate castor seeds to the fullest of my stomach. Not so long, the world turned on me. No, I did not throw up at all. What I did was to go to sleep. When I woke up, I felt better than before. From my experienced, castor oil can be ingest at the low amount. I'm going to experinment on myself as of now. I will take 1 drop 3x a day for 7 days. If all goes well, I will do 2 drops, then 3 drops and up to 5 drops if all goes well. I have lump the size of my thumb on my back. So, I will rub and ingest accordingly to see if the lump goes away.

Castor oil as far as I'm concerned is for every ailment in the human body. I currently use it for dry eyes on my eyelids, and to remove skin tags with baking soda, and it works.
May I ask how do you remove skin tags with using baking soda?

I've been using castor oil for peripheral neuropathy on my feet for a week but so far, no improvement. But I'll give it more time.
I was told to remember how long it took the body to get to a certain point when setting your expectations. I once used castor oil for almost 3 months before seeing results ... but when it started it really got better fast. Good luck.
Try cayenne pepper. Make a poultice with cayenne and caster oil and also take it internally. Cayenne. Not the caster oil.

I have to tell you I have had horrible experiences with ginger, for me it doesn’t matter if it’s by itself or combined with lemon, in recipes or in any mixer in between instead of taking out inflammation it causes it thereby causing great pain for me. I suffered greatly by it so I suggest you use it sparingly with anything you do til you know without a doubt it will be beneficial for you. I know for me the pain was excruciating and my husband almost called for an ambulance. Just to warn you not to scare you❤.
Yes ginger may not be compatible with everyone, the same goes for onion.
Sorry to hear you had bad experience with ginger . I grate fresh ginger use lemon and cinnemon to make a tea and for me it is wonderful for colds , sore throat or even appetite suppresent. I do add some honey

Dr. O'Neill, I heard Castor Oil is supposed to be thick, however, the only thick Castor Oil I know is thick is Jamaican Black Castor Oil. Is there another kind of thick Castor oil?
You can add a carrier oil to the castor oil to make it less thick. I use olive oil. Olive oil is good for you also

@@lorihahn-brown4709 that's wonderful ,I had to have chemotherapy as my cancer was aggressive, was caught stage 2 grade 1 ,so glad I didn't leave it , we have been given a second chance, I had no idea how much food can heal the body ,going to get some Dandelion root have heard this mentioned a few times also young Barley powder is good ,it's best limit how much you take now ,like tumeric can sometimes do more harm than good ,good luck on your journey 😀

You can it may not work as quickly. You can rub it onto your stomach to relieve constipation but if you're trying to dissolve cysts or stones are pack is best

I put the castor oil on my eyelids each evening. It penetrates remember. I’m not comfortable enough to put it in my eyes but I’ve heard of it. It must be organic in brown glass bottle. Either way I have no more floaters.
