Ohh my god that's such a relief that someone finally spoke about this ... thankyou alot I'm so glad that I'm not the only person facing this non medical issue ... like all the friends of mine always says that you have some medical issue or something go see a doctor for this I always had sweaty hand even in freezing cold weather my hand feels like icy cold and still sweats ... and similarly with my feet whenever I wear slipers or wedges due to my sweaty feet all the dust stik to my feet and they always looks dirty as I walking without slippers on sand or something and alll the points you mentioned were so accurate my god😂😭 during exams my sheet was soo damp and I also used the same method what you did putting a hankie underneath my hand 😂 and the finger print thng ohhh myy god 😂😂😂 that's sometimes makes me embarrass but idk how could i treat it it's my body ... I'm so happy and thankfull to youu that you addressed this issue and made it clear that it's not a medical problem . IT'S NORMAL FOR GOD'S SAKE

I have also faced this issue. I've felt isolated as nobody around me seemed to face the same problem, and thus nobody understood my problem. I remember one day I went to the market to buy sandals for me but my feet were so sweaty that I skipped buying because I was so embarrassed to try new shoes. I can totally relate to most of the things that you said and I am so glad you talked about it. It made me feel normal.

The hanky under the palm thing is so relatable, used to carry two of them just in case I lose one. For the underarm pit stains, the chemist at play roll on has been super effective and long-lasting. Layering of strong Perfumes/Mists/Lotions have became my go-to to ensure that I don't smell at any point of the day. Thanks Satshya for talking about it! :))

Sameeeee gurll, I sweat a lot in my face in summers and and definitely in the underarm area and in winters it's a whole different story of my face becoming the driest part haha. I have experienced that when I use a thick moisturiser on my face I sweat more than usual so I switched to nivea soft which isn't super light like the ponds one but yeah does the job for me and comes in budget too! I can so so so relate with you, I watched your video of you talking about your two toned lips and trust me it's beautiful 🥰 I've two toned lips too, I was insecure of them too a few years back but now I've started loving it 😗. You get sweat pads for underarms now. I use for heavy dresses. For saving the cloth mainly and of course doesnt show. I had the darkest underarms also. Try glycolic toner.
Laser hair removal on my underarms has helped me a lot tooooo! I thought i was imagining it. And not using much deodorant has helped lighten the underarms as well.

It's magical to see its like me entirely, the entire hanky bit, the sweaty handshakes that I converted to namasteys just to get out of embarrassment, the slippy feet off the slippers, upward slope made my feet slip out as I grab onto it for my life, and on downward slopes, made my feet slip out from the front of open toe shoes, or hurt my toes in the stilleto and heels...my god!! The dripping sweat from the top of my forehead only. Armpit and face sweat is low for me, but the oily and glowy face...oh my god!!! The pain....uff! Thankyou for this validation! Felt like I saw my doppelganger! Even the fit me shade we use is the same....😮

      ❤Some suggestions -
      1. Wear clothes with absorbent materials - Avoid satin, Go for cotton based materials. Jute works really well - for chappals etc!
      2. Wear loafer socks inside shoes, They are thinner so they dont show up as much. Wear them with heels etc. They help a lot to maintain a grip.
      3. Always wear layers. Indian suits with dupattas really come in handy to cover unwanted sweat patches!
Thank you so much for posting this. ❤
I suffer from extreme anxiety when it comes to biometrics etc. I literally avoid countries where the visa needs biometrics. But it makes me really relieved to know I am not alone in this.
Thank You Satshya for sharing, and more power to all of us to come out stronger! ❤

Similar .. unlike u my skin gets very fry and looks scaly in winters whn my hands are not sweaty..you must try invisible socks that will help u wear ballies especially when you go shoe shopping you know you have those socks on and they do not show in the ballies they are hidden inside…that will enable more footwear options

I felt as if I am watching a mature and older version of myself. Like all the struggles you mentioned. I experienced all of them. And the worse part of growing up is the fact that how insensitive people are. Not to only to people like us. To anyone who is like 0.00001 different from them. I just wish people become more open minded like satshya chechi and the people in comment section.❤

You have a wonderful attitude on it and it’s just a part of who you are 😊. Here is something very positive that most people might not realize. Personally I love a really sweaty girl. When I was in school I went to a dance and danced with several girls. The last girl I danced with was so embarrassed to dance with me and wiped her hand on her dress. Her hands were so wet and I could feel them sweating on my dry hand. Her hand was so soft and I literally loved how it felt on mine so much in fact that I found myself insanely turned on by it. It made me feel she was this vibrant living thing and I could feel her emotions in her palms and fingers. I looked deep into her eyes and I think she realized it was no issue for me and she blushed bright red. She was not embarrassed for long. We danced the rest of the dance and made out for 3 hours afterwards. I loved the salt I tasted on her lips and she smelled amazing. Ever since I have had a thing for a sweaty woman, like really sweaty. I think it is sexy but I don’t know why I like it, I just do. I can’t get into a woman as much physically if she is not a sweaty person. I especially like a girl with sweaty hands, feet, and armpits. So if you think it will make you unattractive to men, think again. Beauty to men is as different as you could ever believe possible. I think women have a picture of what they think men want but this is totally incorrect. My wife is sweaty all the time and she appreciates how something she hated about herself could make her more sexy to someone. She does not even care about it anymore and just accepts she sweats way more than average. She always says that it was her superpower to land her soulmate. She is an amazing person and I would love her anyways but that certainly got my attention and still does every day. Our first date she warned me about it but I told her I already knew that (we were friends for a few years first) and It actually was one of the many things I found attractive about her. She said I was nuts but she thought it was sweet. She does this thing where she wipes her hands on my jeans in public and puts them in my pockets and teases the shit out of me with that. Nobody has a clue. I won’t even get into her feet because it would be inappropriate. It goes to show you how unique we all are and how some people like things about you just the way you were made. Flaws are not always flaws and can even draw a partner and strengthen our attraction to someone. It is more common than most people realize.

    Fellow hand-sweater here…🖐🏼 💦
It worsens during stress - exams, social situations etc
Exam time I used to lay out my handkerchief on the paper, keep my hand on it and wrote 🤣
I couldn’t use touch screen phones earlier, I had to be the last person to punch in the biometric attendance at work (can’t make others wait until it decides to work for me); can’t wear footwear without back strap- till date! Sweaty soles collect dirt in the whitest/cleanest of floors (super embarrassing) etc 🙈
My husband calls my hands ‘auto-cleaning’ 😅 and just like that I felt a lot more secure; and surprisingly after marriage the ‘sweaty palms’ have considerably reduced 🤷🏻‍♀️ (Not sure if hormones are at play)

Hi, I am also a sweaty person. My hands are always sweaty. No one holds my hand because my hands are always sweaty. That's when I saw your video and read the comments and realized that there are many people like me. I am studying in 12th standard and as you said, I used to write using a towel when writing the exam. I will definitely try as you said. Love from kerala❤

I too am a very sweaty person but when my palms and feet are not sweaty they are really dry and if i apply any cream or something to it it again becomes sweaty and clumpy I don’t really know what to do of it. And the thing you said about holding hands and shaking hands I was also so conscious until all the people around me close to me made me feel taht its okay to have those even though they tease sometimes but never do they make me feel like it is my fault that I sweat so much. Its just while typing this i literally am sweating so much that my phone is also very sticky i have to clean it again and again . Felt happy that i aint the only person to sweat so much😊😅😂

When I was in my 8th or 9th class my sweat started smelling bad . I was very embarrassed. I tried to be hairfree and drank lots of water still that foul smell from underarms don't go away. I used roll ons and all but they contain aluminium so I tried to use something natural or aluminium free which my skin can't absorb then I tried potash alum and it is a great life changer . Just keep under running water and apply on a clean washed area . Later I found chemist at play fragrance free roll on and it's best . I realised when I am hairfree in underarms then it doesn't stink that much. That's my embarrassing journey 😅😂.

Imho if you sweat a lot you should try the uv doux sunscreen. Its also gives a matte finish but to add on that its also water resistant. So the sweat doesn't wash out the sunscreen.
I live in kolkata and its humid here. So in the summers i would just stand in the sun doing absolutely nothing and my face would sweat and just wash the sunscreen off.
Now to be noted, its has silicone and you would HAVE to double cleanse at the end of the day.

hihi.. although i don't sweat as much as you do, i still sweat through my hands none the less, esp in hot humid kerala.. and once i was at the dermatologist's for another allergic reaction, he noticed my sweaty hands and prescribed something called ALDRY. its like a very watery lotion that you just spread and let it completely(!) dry. and then onwards no sweaty hands till you wash it off.. truly a lifesaver for exam time when you have to write fast and the pen keeps slipping maybe you can check it out, it's available over the counter..
disclaimer! this comment is not to be taken as medical advice, please consult your doctor before trying anything from the pharmacy.
along the line of you contemplating putting pads under your arms, there are actual sweat pads with adhesive to stick and they help i think, i havn't tried that.. i dont have that much of an issue.
ps would love an in depth video on your experience with laser hair removal..

Hello everyone.. i want to share a tip that has helped me a lot with body odour.. replace your regular soap or body wash with a benzoyl peroxide soap or body wash.. because it kills the bacteria which break down the sweat and create the smell.. please use this trick and thank me later.. also please reduce onion and garlic from your diet.. u can feel the difference by yourself.. my underarms used to be so smelly that even mens’ deo couldn’t control it.. but now i am so relieved..

Hi Satshya, seriously i thought why am I the only one like this especially when i was in college. Every single problem you mentioned, i have gone through. By the way, we have a lot in common..i live in SG too, from karnataka. surprisingly after having kids my sweaty palm has reduced to some extent, and i hope it would be the same for you too. Your vd's are so original and inspiring. I bought the Wow viamin c serum from amazon after you shared your skincare products. But sadly its expiring within 2 months. Where do you buy them here in SG? Loads of love from Arathi ❤
