Track is originally Kevlar Mongoose, on Rebel One (an offshoot of Crosstown Rebels) a label where artists go under pseudynoms releasing tracks with the artist and title being that of an animal and a mineral.
Sasha,charlie may & duncan forbes (spooky) & barry jamieson (evolution) were behind this but due to a distributor of this label going bust it was released on Sasha's Emfire Label under his name only.
Expander got played to death, but through the magic of our brains ability to forget how many times we heard it, it still stands out in todays world of music. This one I never heard despite being "sasha fan". TY Martin J

I got this track long time ago from other producer and the track was unreleased at that time, I got it by the name Kevlar - Moongose that maybe explains your ghost producers.
For sure his best song.
