I'm sure when Sanford Bennett wrote the words to this in order to cheer up his friend Joseph Webster and give him some words to write the music to, I doubt he realized what a classic he created in about 30 minutes or so. I love this version, but I love love love the lady playing the fiddle and her ride in the middle, and don't even talk about her harmony! Lady, you are one talented musician!!!

The guy playing the base is Ben Isaac, the guy playing the drums is from the Dole Lawson group. I would like to know who the girl is also. I agree, their names should be listed. The sound would not be as great without them.
The drummer is Mike Rogers. He is now the band leader for Craig Morgan. The piano player is Buddy Hyatt. The guy on guitar and other instruments is Rick Anderson, and the fiddle/BGV is Sydni Perry
