You want to pick one board and get all of the unique properties (squares). Vanquisher is a good one to start if you're looking for more power. If you already feel strong and want to generate more loot, go Treasure Hunter. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!

Hmm dang never payed attention just assumed that raid bosses where like pob bosses where there immune to most those buffs like spinning shield slow movement
I'm not sure if the spinning shield slow will trigger on a boss, but bosses most definitely get damage over time effects and debuffs applied to them from an array of skills and gem procs. This is how you'll be getting value from the pants essence.
Try the summon raid build, judgment instead of falling sword with summon shoulders. 4 pc vithu, 2 pc banquet. 4 or 5 pc curse set with plus summon attk speed. Insane dmg.
i perfer faith ascendant shoulders with hornsplitter. faith ascdent allows 100% uptime on vithu. While judgement summon might be burstier faith ascendant is more consistent dmg
Since it's difficult to have multiple sets of gear I 've built my cursed properties for PvP. So I use Nettled for the shield counter attack. I do find that it's pretty good in PvE as well. On my alt F2P sader, I have 3p Lashed and 3p Atrophied. I'm not super impressed with either of those really.
I think technically the paragon talents do count on raid bosses but...Treasure Hunter is pretty bad and I don't notice that it does much of anything unless you are just world farming for very long periods of time.

A while ago it was said shoulders duration doesnt affect arrowhead has this been changed
I'm on PC and the shoulders absolutely increase the duration while using Arrow Keeper.
