Ford Bronco Sasquatch Package | Is it better than an aftermarket build?
Should you order the Sasquatch Package, or upgrade your stock Ford Bronco? The Sasquatch Package was engineered to give you all the factory upgrades to your Bronco without having the hassle of installing them aftermarket. However, this takes away the consumer's freedom to customize their Bronco for themselves. The real question becomes is the Sasquatch Package better than an aftermarket build! Let us know down below which side you're on!

Sasquatch Package or Aftermarket build? 🤔
Let us know below!
Hi Matt. Another great video.
If I have the Sasquatch and want to add 37” tires that will work off road, do I need to replace the suspension? And if I do, what do I loose from ditching the Sasquatch suspension?
What I think is missed is the fact some people do not have the extra resources to build the vehicle after buying it. When it's all factory your financing is paying for it. For some this matters.
this was exactly the video I was looking for. Thank you so much! Definitely going with stock and building myself vs the squatch package :) can’t wait
For my 2023 big bend with Sasquatch package the package was 5k so worth it.
Save you from watching the video. Stabilizer disconnect is only offered on the Badlands trim level. And as far as bang for your buck you cannot beat the price Ford has on the Sasquatch package for the capability it provides.
The stabilizer disconnect is available on all sasquatch trims.
@@SusquehannaAutomotive , from my comment above: "you mention @ 3:15 that - "you're also going to get the stabilizer bar disconnect as part of the SAS package.". If this is the case, why doesn't the Wildtrack automatically come with the SBD? I know my Badlands will - without the SAS pkg" ?
@@SusquehannaAutomotive It was available on the First Edition and currently only on the Badlands. Do your research.
@@SusquehannaAutomotive I have a BaseSquatch…the only hero switch missing is the sta-bar disconnect. It doesn’t come with it.
@@fgomez3553 do you know if word is offering the base model with a Sasquatch in the manual transmission, I heard that they were going to do that with the base model but I cannot figure it out on the configurator
Excellent video.
Thanks for watching!
When you have to pay the dealer > $100 Hr. to remove the stock U-Joints, Drive Shaft, Rear End gears, Suspension, Bumper ? AND then Install Upgrade Versions of Drivetrain + Warn Winch, Factor 55 Fairlead & Flat Hook, Metal Skid Plates ? then the final $ is around 2X as the Factory Sasquatch Pkg. Upside would be the FORD Warranty since it was dealer installed BEFORE it left the lot i.e. Town & Country Ford in AL.
We have the ability to do all of this before it leaves the lot.
Getting my 2 door base manual next month in March. Just going to drive it as is for a couple years but eventually going to put a 6" lift on it with some 36" tires.
Awesome! You will love it!
Totally worth it..... when I get into a situation where I need the extras. It's awesome. I love my badlands sasquatch. Having the lockers is awesome. I love having the stay bar. It all comes together to help me get through a tough spot!! If you just want a fun sporty car to run errands probably not. I use my Bronco to do it all. How many cars can do that?
Thanks for watching!
Took two years for my wife’s bronco. Worth the wait for us.
Glad you have it!
I really wanted the Sasquatch package. However, can’t find one in our price range. Settled for a stock black diamond. However the trail riding we prefer to do, we hung in there with the Sasquatch ones….
I like this video and I will assure you that MIC top is the only item that will delay your Bronco.
Order your Bronco with sasquatch but with soft top and you should have your Bronco in less than 5 months.
Agreed, thanks for watching!
Given the age of this video my reaction is delayed since I recently got my 22’ Bronco Badlands with the Sasquatch package, and what I want to impart is, and I agree that the addition of the DANA differentials and lockers are, at least to me, worth it. I previously owned a Wrangler, and without lockers, which as of now you cannot get any lockers on a Wrangler unless it’s a Rubicon trim. Yes all of these things can be added aftermarket, but the Sasquatch is nice offering on any trim. Also you can consider a Badlands without the Sasquatch, because it comes with the lockers anyway, with the sway-bar disconnects. The Black Diamond is also tempting in that you can get a rear locker (and possibly on other trims) with different rear differential but at a lower price. Ultimately, lockers are very useful off road and don’t over look a from the factory option like it. ✌🏼👍🏼
Hi,
I have several questions…
1- Am I limiting my self to higher off road speeds when I have badlands compared to wildtrak?
2- Can I use smaller tires on the Sas Pkg for beach , sand high speed and for city driving And then the stock 35s for crawling?
3- is there other than badlands having the system choice rock crawling, so I can buy cheaper bronco then upgrade it?
4- if yes, dose it worth doing that?
Thanks 🙏🏼
P.S. If the Sasquatch Pkg. includes Off-Road lights, then your adding Baja Designs Fog Lights for Bumper Inset, LP4 Ditch lights, Bumper Mounted LP6, Roof Line Strip Bar ( and a Partridge in a Pear Tree LOL )
Haha you're exactly right!
Pretty sure you can only get the disconnecting stabilizer bar on the Badlands and the First Edition. It's not part of the sasquatch package unless they changed it for 2022 cause I haven't looked into what they have or haven't changed for 2022.
This had the stabilizer disconnect.
@@SusquehannaAutomotive Post a pic.
Yes only BL, First Edition "which you can no longer get" and now the MT22 Bronco Raptor have sway bar disconnect. People need to stop spreading misinformation.
are you short or did u put a 2 foot lift on that bronco looks good tho
First thing to get rid of would be IFS. I'd want a crawler, not a speed bronco. Chromoly shafts. Enough lift for 37s, ram assist steering, aftermarket skid plates, 9.5 warn winch, 100 percent duty cycle air compressor. Oh, I just remembered, already have that and more on my YJ. And it's already paid for. Thanks anyway Ford. The New Bronco has potential.
Great point!
sasquatch is better ❤❤
Heres the Question:
Base with Sasquatch or Black Dimond stock?
Base with Sasquatch is my pick
Those wheels look dinky with that lift and the wheel arches
They look a lot better than the standard wheels!
too many words.
