I know some are here for the injury of Shorter. I just don't think its appropriate to show it. Im sure if you look on social media you can find it but I don't want to dramatize an injury as serious as this one looks. I sometimes show injuries but this looks like a spinal injury. There is time to show them and a time not to. This is not one of those times. Hoping for the best and a speedy full. recovery

Florida RB Malik Davis' run at 9:11-9:17 and his TD run at 9:34 should have been momentum or game changers for Florida, but instead the Gators went on a scoreless binge for the rest of the game.

@@joebandy3064 They always play USF in conference. They could alternate Miami / FSU as an ACC match up, alternate FAU / FIU as a G5 match up, and always play Florida as the "central Florida" rivalry
We’ve already schedule a 3 game series with Florida. I can see us set something up with FSU in the future. Our AD tried to start something with Miami but Cristobal shut it down

These Florida schools played the most Florida bowl I could picture. Speed, bad angles, missed tackles, poor QB, good defensive line play, and tons of jawing back and fourth

Grew up a Gator fan, then I went to UCF. Such a fun game to go to
I bleed Black & Gold! UCF did what they needed to do to beat the Gators! And though this bowl game is no where near as important as the Fiesta Bowl or Peach Bowl wins, it'll go down as one of the greatest wins in Knights history! Go Knights! Charge On!!!
Good win for UCF as this was their only win over a Power-5 school during their 2021 season. Yes, Florida had a grip of players out of this game for preparation for the 2022 Draft, but you can't deny the fact that UCF worked their asses off to win this game.
UCF had more players out than UF; 28 since the beginning of the season.

The Gators had opt-outs and key injured players out of this game like backup QB Anthony Richardson, RB Nay'Quan Wright, TE Kemore Gamble played but he wasn't at his best and he only caught 1 pass, one of their best pass rushers in DE Zachary Carter opted-out, and more. All of them could have made a difference in this game especially Richardson, Wright, and Carter. They needed Carter in this game for pass rush, TFL's, and versus the run.

@Taylor Rowe Lol Florida only has 3 National titles... Alabama has the most in the country with 18 followed by Ohio State with 15, then USC and Notre Dame are tied with 11 and Miami with 9... Florida doesn't come close.

Georgia is a FAR better team than Cincy defensively especially and they couldn't stop Bama and Bryce Young. Alabama shines in big games and they prove it year in and year out. Don't give me this crap about Alabama playing a close game with Auburn and Florida. You're not a Bama fan or an Auburn fan, you don't understand the iron bowl, you can throw the records out in that game. The Florida game at the time was a top 10 matchup. Florida played their hearts out in the game and we didn't but still won, that was their season to them, after that Florida fell apart but at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how you win and Alabama does it better than everybody. You're just Bama hater and it just bothers you so bad that we are probably going back to back National championships.
