Still would like to see him be a little less ball dominant. Sometimes it can get to a trade off with him and Zach taking turns instead of just running offense. Teams below them like Philly had $40 mill opting to sit in street clothes all season. or The Bucks big 3 has missed 39 games combined. Nets have had plenty of issues with missing big money players other than just KD.
Fact is the Bulls have only missed more than 10 games from players that aren’t their big 3. Derozan, Lavine, Vuc, have only missed 11 combined games. Derozan hasn’t missed any time and for that reason is also among MVP consideration.

    2021-22: 27.8ppg, 5.2rpg, 5.1apg
People are acting like this is somehow new for Derozan. The issue was never with his regular season performance. Never. The issue was his playoff performances. Let's wait for the playoffs before saying that Demar "changed" or not.

Even the playoffs are far too criticized. Kyle choked just as much AND by that logic, the entire East choked as Lebron dominated the east for more than a decade. I won’t argue the 2016 ECF run they made it to with Cleveland. He really struggled in that playoff series. But in nearly every other trip to the playoffs, his overall numbers have improved compared to his regular season numbers.

His numbers are not much different from his 2016/2017 season. His effeciency was 46 percent but he was scoring 27 ppg. The Raptors where second in the east that year. The Raptors made it to the ECF and lost in six games against a very dominant Cavs team. ALL OF YOU where clowning him and the Raptors back then. Now all of a sudden he's this amazing player. He's always been amazing. This is too much, the subjectivity is offensive.

He should definitely be in the MVP conversation. Don't think he'll win it but he should at least be a consideration

He could win , he's underrated he's only averaging 1 point less than Embiid, derozan is shooting better from the field just imagine a guard shooting with higher FG% than a center, but I think Giannis is having better season than everyone on both ends

Some players age very well in this game. Demar, at age 32, is playing the best basketball of his life. Look at players like Chris Paul and PJ Turcker, they have great career after age 32. A player needs to grow and play smart.

derozan is no doubt a component to the bulls success. despite that his teammates are also a factor to their record. I hope they continue Ballin up and bettering their record. go bulls and go caruso

He's 32? For some reason I always thought he is 26 or something I didn't know he's as old as Harden. Maybe its because I still remember his dunk contest.

They were both drafted in the same NBA Draft Class back in 09. James Harden was the 3rd overall pick for OKC, while Demar DeRozan was the 9th pick in the draft for TOR. Both players were born in '89.

I love d wade and Tracy but it’s so obvious how different the type and level of competition was in Shaqs era seeing how competitive he and chuck are over every little thing lol

Mac was also drafted in the 90s. He's seen his fair share of bully ball and heavy competition.
