I love the combos in this video. I still look like a chicken being zapped by lightning when I belly dance (😂) but some moves are starting to feel more natural.

Oh my goodness! I’ve done so many of your classes on CZcams now and they’re all AMAZING but this one really challenged me in the best ways possible and I was so proud of myself. I did them! I have just recently discovered you. You are truly delightful to watch and learn from. My day is not done happy without sweating in a class with you and your wonderfully funny, energising personality. As my days are unpredictable due to caregiving, I have downloaded some of your videos but they come alive to me. Hope some day to do even one class live with you. Meanwhile, I must say that the way you break it down -- without unnecessary scary detail -- is astonishingly clarified and so inviting to just trust and try it out. I am trained in another dance form where the use of the hip/pelvis is practically forbidden. So it is not easy for me; but with you, in my private space, I am able to let go and venture unabashed. My own stretches are pretty intense, but I've done them for decades, so, I'm used to them.

ALL who are well-mannered, SIMPLE, and HONEST (including those who lack wisdom), and deal with Me with STRONG LOYALTY, WILL ALL REMAIN in My KINGDOM. 🙏

However, they also WENT through dealing and breaking. That THEY DID NOT GO THROUGH TRAINING is NOT COMPLETE. Instead, it is THROUGH these THINGS that I WILL SHOW ALL MY ALMIGHTYNESS and MY WISDOM.
