Can you arrange which one is more suitable for using mad panda and who is suitable for relic skill dmg?

Copium is internet slang for "cope"
For ur team, it's really up to personal preference, but i'd put
Pymon = Mad Panda, crit relic
Vishu = Skill dmg relic
Scintilla = Mad Panda, crit relic
Although, u can put ur skill dmg relic on the unit you have the most success with in terms of using chain skill
