I can’t tell if my new vine from last spring is dead or dormant 😭 It grew 3-4 ft up the trellis & then grew a bunch of vines & blooms. That part is all black & the bottom towards the ground is all brown & reddish brown. There’s a thin brown stem coming out the ground. No green. Zone 6b
