Summary of latest CSC visit in last 2 days.
No Access granted to enter from Motorway therefore the information provided on all social media plafform is not correct.
Road condition in CSC overseas east is really below average.Already signs of deterioration there.
Park and greenry in overseas east are badly damaged.No proper care is being taken.
Overseas central hardly have any buildings yet.No greenry .
No hospital.
No school.
No market yet.

Please do not misguide people, interchange is not operational yet for general public. itsstill closed and no NHA staff present on toll booths. I visited yesterday the guard told me u need a pass from head office then we can let you through so please stop spreading false news.

To all the dealers of CSC and the Management of CSC this is good that you have got the interchange.
And now this the time period when you have to facilitate your customers to come and stay in the capital smart city this is only possible when you give them possession and remove the extra charges in any form we have paid the full amount of our villas in June 2023 in all with all the changes and now after 18 months they realised that they have asked to pay mumty charges or in the sence of extra square feet charges and some other bulshit. This is very shameful moment for the Management and Dealers because they are not interested to help those people who are giving them business.
