This is how it usually works in this sort of place (TMP = thai massage parlor). They have a certain number of masseuse waiting for customer that works on a queue basis (unless someone is specifically asked for by the customer). They have a fixed income from each session of normal massage. Tips is how they make most of their income and the biggest is ofc happy ending. Full intercourse is very rare, something to do with their underworld connection and stuff. They want tips. They're flirting with you with the touchy feely stuff because they want the tips. If you refuse 'extra service' that means less money for them. Even if you offer to give actual tips on top of normal massage, they're probably not gonna be happy because more than likely its less than what they'd get from extra service tips. Then they have to go to the end of the queue. Imagine if 2 guys in a row refuse extra service. Keep in mind that they're practically competing with the other masseuse and them girls talk about everything.

I've worked in law enforcement and have lived all over the US and in Canada and while these places do exist I've never seen a massage parlour OPENLY provide these specific types of services. Of course this doesn't mean that they don't provide them they just do in the shadows. Lastly, while you're right when it comes to certain countries being very strict and sometimes harsh about these kinds of things, I'm not comparing north America to those places. They're also weird.

Say instead you are comparing north america to parts of europe and a select group of countries in asia, many of whom rely on sexual services as a large driver of their economy. Hello, according to a friend, it is extremely unusual that happy endings are not in a private room - or at least a curtain dividing the customers. The way to tell the difference is the word "traditional" if a shop says "traditional Thai massage" it means no happy endings.

Ive been to Thailand 3-4 times during my time in the Navy. Hearing you tell the story made me feel awkward only because of how awkward you seemed trying to tell it. The women working in those places are used to all of that and nothing you guys were asking for or doing was anything crazy for them. If you ask them to do something they arent comfortable with, they will simply decline or direct you to someone else who may be willing to do it. I tell all my friends who are curious that Thailand is like adult Disneyland. You can enjoy the XXX activities or just enjoy the culture, your choice. Its a great place to visit and its very cheap compared to many other places in the world.

They had maybe ten different styles with different lapels or pockets, buttoning. They probably had sixty different high quality fabrics. Nothing cheap. I made my selections and got measured in the morning. I went back that afternoon and they had everything cut out and penned together so we verified the fit. I went back the next morning and picked up the suit, a second pair of pants, a silk shirt and three silk ties, all in a nice garment bag, and I gave them $200 U.S.
I might add that this was about 30 years ago and I've had to let the pants out a little. But I stand corrected .... I had a happy ending, just not THAT kind.
If you go through U.S. Customs to get home, hang on to your receipt, or they might try to charge you a duty on what they think the suit is worth, rather than what you paid.
