I own a Model 3, as a 53 year old skeptic and having owned a couple dozen cars and driven many dozen including friends and families BMWs and Mers this is by far the most enjoyable car Ive ever driven let alone owned! Its the best hands down.
In both the short and long run, a bear and bullish market provides equal avenue to amass good gains I've seen people make 6figures profit as high as $200k in a bear market and I've seen them pull it off much easily in a bull market, it all comes down to having the right information and applying it.
well politicians for certain are gaining off the crash, and true the average individual could profit off a crash but such high-grade investing come with equal risk which can only be managed by a proper pro or expert.
No doubt, having the right plan is invaluable, my portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 100% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take till Q3 2024.

Good point and great choice, said and done is key so thanks for sharing. Cap cost equals price, LMF equals the rate on the depreciable portion and leasing is the way to go unless you drive heavy miles and/or keep your autos a long time. Enjoy your Model 3!
These seems to be multiple discussions like this every year where the next year is the year everyone will appreciate TSLA and the stock will shoot up… TSLA will only shoot up when FSD or is solved or Energy replaces the auto business.Whenever that is.
You still don’t get it. When rates are high, auto market struggles because it’s expensive to get financing for a car. If rates come down drastically, which is what the FED is going to do, then cars are more affordable. So demand goes way up like it was before rates shot up so high. Were you not listening? They literally talked about this on the live stream. And Tesla themselves is guiding for 50% production growth in 2025. As per Jeff, the factories have fixed costs. Therefore an increase in production means lower cost per vehicle which has an impact on margins and profitability aka what Wall Street cares about. Another boost on margins is the lower cost vehicles in 1st half of 2025. Lastly, with low rates it can bring up demand to a degree where you are forced to raise prices, further increasing margins and profitability. The point is that teslas car business is about to have a massive turn around where their margins go back up and the start becoming a lot more profitable.

The only reason I have bought some Tesla shares, is because James has the opinion the shares will do well and other things he has been bullish on seem to have done well. Running costs for me in a Tesla is 3x + that of my current car, taking into account insurance, no ability to home charge, and all other expenses involved in owning a Tesla. Your numbers may fit a few optimal situations but in my opinion not most
Yeah it is not 3x face value u MAYBE, but u dont need oil changes or really new breaks on a tesla, unless u got the model S plaid or something i dont see how it could be 3x more expensive, also home charging is gonna save u a lot compared to overall gas savings over the years of owning ur BEV

I assure you it would cost me more that 3 times in running costs owning a Tesla in my situation. Tesla presently is not affordable for the average person in uk unless they want to get into debt. I pay £300 presently for my yearly car insurance, Cheapest quote for a Tesla is 6x that. In most cities in uk Tesla is impractical as most have no access to cheap home charging. Tesla presently in uk is crap compared with other cars. This last year my current car total expenses including all running costs and maintenance was £980 and that’s taking into depreciation on the vehicle over the year as well. Ok it’s an old car and has virtually no depreciation. Previous personal car to present car was a top range level 4 Kia Niro hybrid, bought it brand new with a big car wow discount for £26,200, sold it after 7 months later for £27,600, taking into account all running costs insurance, road tax, fuel, maintenance I ended up making a profit after using and owning it for 7 months. Buy a brand new Tesla after 7 months you would be at a huge loss. Last business car I got was a brand new top of the range Volvo ultimate xc60 plug in hybrid I got 22 percent off through fleet, it has massage seats, air suspension, huge range of off road and on road drive modes, much more usable tech and comfort than any new tesla that would be inferior and more costly overall to buy own use and sell after a year. Never could get deals like this with Tesla. Own any new Tesla for a year is throwing money downs the drain when you come to sell it after a year.

I'm one of the people Elon brought into the fold by purchasing X. I was so excited that the truth could be told. Then I discovered tesla, sold some of my real estate and out all that money into telsa stock last January. Super happy about all of it. My brother also got on board. Bought stock, bought a new model y dual motor and he and his wife live it. I rode in it last may on fsd in Phoenix and it was amazing. So I bought more stock. Next step for me and my wife is buying a new model S.
Look further. 12 months. You will realize more rate cuts which will flow more money into stocks and bitcoin, increase in global liquidity, helps tesla sell more cars at better margins, helps more money flow into risk assets like bitcoin. I would say go 50% Tesla and 50% mstr for 12 months out. Should be rewarded heavily

BYD cars are very poorly made. Thats why sales are tanking. US cars assembled in Mexico also have poor quality control.
