Restaurant Style Chicken Gravy | बैचलर्स के लिए चिकन करी | Chicken Masala Recipe | BaBa Food RRC

Restaurant Style Chicken Gravy Written Recipe With Directions
Ingredients:
-Chicken with bone 1 Kg
-Red chili (lal mirch) powder ½ tbs
-Cumin seeds (zeera) powder ½ tbs
-Dried coriander (khuskh dhania) powder 1 tbs
-Salt (namak) ½ tbs
-Yogurt (dahi) 1 cup
-Cooking oil 1 cup
-Onion (piyaz) sliced 3 medium size or 500g
-Garlic (lehsan) cloves 10-12
-Green chilies (hari mirch) 6
-Red chili buttons (sabut lal mirch) 6
-Ginger (adrak) chopped ½ inch
-Salt (namak) 1 tsp
-Kashmiri red chili (lal mirch) powder 1 tsp
-Ground mixed spices (garam masala) powder ½ tbs
-Dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi) ½ tbs
-Green chilies (hari mirch) with sticks 4
-Water (pani) ½ glass
Directions:
-In a bowl, add chicken, red chili powder, cumin seeds powder, dried coriander powder, salt, and yogurt. Mix well, cover, and marinate it for 10 mins.
-In a pressure cooker, add cooking oil and heat it on high flame.
-Add garlic cloves, green chilies, red chili buttons, and onion.
-Add ginger, salt, and Kashmiri red chili powder. Mix well, cover, and cook it for 6 mins (3 mins whistle time, 3 mins pressure time).
-Remove the cover and let it cool. Now, grind it in the grinder and make a paste.
-In a pressure cooker, add the prepared paste, marinated chicken, ground mixed spices, and dried fenugreek leaves. Mix well.
-Add green chilies and water. Mix well, cover, and cook it on a medium flame for 8 min (3 min whistle time, 5 min pressure time).
-Remove the oil if needed.
-Garnish it with fresh coriander.
-Dish out, serve, and enjoy with nan or roti and salad.

I have been using this recipe since last year. Perfect results every time.
Would like to add following based on experience.
1- you can reduce the amount of Oil as it still gives you the same results
2- you may add vegetables or chickpeas in small quantity while adding chicken.
Again hats off the baba gee for such a Magnificent chicken recipe which is perfect all the time.
