I grew up in San Ramon and have owned my home in Dublin for the past 20+ years. There are a few errors in this video.
Santa Rita Jail is not on Dublin Blvd. She makes it sound like it’s right smack in the middle of town! It’s located immediately next to Camp Parks Reserve Training area which is the military area in Dublin. In the 20+ years I’ve lived here I have never driven past nor even seen the jail because it’s all the way on the outskirts of town.
Next, the “older” part of Dublin is just about entirely single family homes with front and back yards. When she mentions the three story vertical housing, that’s in the “new” congested area of Dublin. My neighborhood is all one and two story single family homes.
