One of my spiritual hero Dan Millman, I first read his book from a friend from guitar class in high school, who is one of those spiritual hippy guy, he told me I had to read this book called "The Way of the Peaceful Warrior" by Dan Millman, after he saw me reading a zen book called "Zen Speaks" a cartoon comic book (yes, back in the day before the time of the mobile phone....we had to exchange physical book made out of paper...), that was also the year of my first starting of my studying of spiritual mumbo jumbo. I remember the incredible experience I had reading that book, the romance of the early days of San Francisco, the emotion, the enlightenment, it was truly incredible, no wonder it is one of those best selling books worldwide, still inspiring the new generation today. Many many years pass, so many teacher came and gone, it was not until modern day trend of podcast and what nots, Dan Millman was being interview by many who were inspired by him just like I was, and what was so incredible is that he looks exactly the same as he did when he was young, and he is like in his 70's now...what the heck, he credit it that to his workout, so I am inspire to do this workout, so I can be a healthy old man too, yeah!!!

Sheesh I can grasp the earlier bits but the latter of the video is really quite fast where it is more of a dance. Is there a breakdown at all of each movement available please?
