Can’t get photo to download on vphoto

I have one that keeps stating “Unfortunately, VPhoto has stopped working” I am trying to reset it, but it will not allow me to do so. Do you know how I can reset it to the factory settings to start over?

I recd a Fullja F10 9" frame at Christmas. I just got around to setting it up. It has no remote so how do you turn it back on when you turn if fully off?

Just hold down the power button and it will turn on again.

Can this unit display multiple pictures at once on one slide? Perhaps like a PowerPoint presentation slide?

No it just does the one photo and not a collage if you will.

I set this frame up and add only a few photos. I don't know how to go back to photos on phone to add more. Also do I have to set up a special email for family to send photos?

If you reopen the app on your phone you should be able to click the add photos after selecting the ones you want. You don't have to set a special email, but you have to enter in their email address. The app will send them a link that they can use.
