I bought mine used 35 yrs ago and have used it for living off grid charging batteries for 1000's of hours probably over 10k hrs. I finally had to clean the fuel tank and carb around 4 years ago. I have always used high quality oil. It was starting to use oil and I uses 'Restore engine restorer ' and it worked, cut to oil consumption to almost zero. Just use a little over 3 oil changes (every 100 hrs or so). Project farm tested Engine restore and proved it worked, IIts not snake oil lied most of the additives.
Hey there i have the same one. Thanks for the vid. But where did u get the settings specs from. As i have one and need a full workshop manual or at least more info. Regards. R
Do you still have this generator? I was just given one by an old rancher. I just got it running, but I need pictures of the motor with both side covers off so I can re-attach all the linkage. Thank you!
