Having game bar on or off doesn't matter, if you are using the 7950x3d always check the cpu affinity to use cores 0-7, if you watched my video you will see it on the QuickCpu chapter, chipset drivers are from amd but specific to my motherboard
If I just freshly build an AMD pc should I update my bios for better performance? I have 7800x3d B650 Tomahawk WiFi 7900xtx Corsair vengeance ddr5 set at 6000mhz

Yes, you should be able to play up to 240hz on 1080p 1440p and 4k with a 4090, 360hz is too much for this cpu regardless of 1080p 1440p 4k, warzone you would probably be around 180 avg

I had a frame cap of 357,I lose 20 fps while recording, most maps I get around 450 fps, this game has crazy spikes in fps, I stopped capping my fps in recent videos
Hey! Awesome video, i can tell that the map Sub Base is really unoptimized for the cpu, i gget like 2ms to 7 ms cpu time on that map

@DePrimeYT yes, 7800x3d or intel 13900k with 4090, just a heads up, make sure to update the bios and uv/oc cpu or you won't reach those numbers
