Wow, I wrote my first comment without finishing listening to her. She is a living legend at the common sense level. Why do Ghanaians always think that world problems only exist in Ghana? I started to travel in 1981 and now I am in the US and a citizen but I am still struggling. I was in Ghana last year some of my childhood friends who never left Ghana before, are doing better than me. Life is not about holding a so-called great country passport. Life is about you as a person. We should stop undermining education because nothing in this world can be compared with education. Truth is I prefer to live in my village in Ghana than to live in Holland as a citizen over there. If I knew life as I know it today. If I know nothing at all I know that in the 80s when I was in Spain, most Ghanaians who were in Holland could not find a job; they ended up doing unnecessary business. I don’t want to mention the name of that business. Children of today please get an education and stop thinking there is heaven on this earth somewhere than where your creator has put you.
This lady is very very intelligent. Wow! Maybe she has traveled before. Here in the United States of America, it is not everybody who has a degree automatically gets a job to do. Education is the “key” you can’t compare anything to it. Here in New York City a lot of people's pay is not enough for them. Rent alone can take all your income. So don’t always mind about how much someone is earning but think about how a person can survive with what they are earning. The man, in Holland, is cleaning the bathrooms and asks again, how many properties, he has acquired since he has been in that country. The guy needs proper education. A lot of my friends have lived in Holland for years with nothing to show. The problem we have in Ghana is that, getting an education for someone or the government to employ you or give you something to do. But having an education means you develop your mindset to a higher level. Getting someone to employ you on what you have learned in your life is great but is not always you will get it like that. Almost 70-80 percent of Americans are not working based on what they study for.
Baba sister Mary is 💯 right and very smart woman am the USA 🇺🇸 for the past 19 years but still hustle is not easy like when you are leaving in Ghana we think to be boga is not easy education is the key to future
Gift and skill are of much importance Eccl.11:6 so one can not compare passport to knowledge acquisition. The issue has to be with the economy but attempt to rubbish a PhD holder , is no match.
