Why dont you record the Rhodes VSTs in midi first? Them bounce to audio later?
Are you using out of the box logic patches or are you using plugins you bought
I notice as you were recording in logic, midi and wave form was displayed and recorded. “How To” on that please?

Hey man new subscriber. When recording your songs , does your worship leader stick to what you’ve recorded for the most part? Or the only thing you really have on a loop is the shakers/claps/tambourine? (And the live musicians play along with it?
Hey bro I would assume you are asking about playing with stems vs just playing with a loop? If so then if its just band and loop the worship leader is free to flow. If its stems the worship leader sticks to a format for the most part BUT the cool thing about Ableton is it allows you to jump around if need be EXAMPLE repeating a chorus on the fly as many times as the worship leader calls it. Hope that helps.
