    I don’t use measurement I just use feelings

  • @ddlovestulips
    @ddlovestulips Před 2 měsíci +15

    these are the measurements that satisfy my liking when I make matcha💚:
    -2 teaspoons of matcha powder
    -60ml hot water (not boiling)
    -2 & 1/2 teaspoons of sugar (or honey but I use brown sugar)
    -160ml milk (any milk should be fine but I always use whole milk as that’s what’s available at home all the time)
    -and lastly ice!
    How I make it?:
    Step 1: add 2 teaspoons of matcha powder into 60ml hot water
    Step 2: add 2 & 1/2 teaspoons of sugar/honey into 60ml hot water
    Step 3: Use a frother to combine all the ingredients (very important: make sure that all the matcha powder is fully dissolved!)
    Step 4: add ice to your cup
    Step 5: add 160ml milk
    (Optional) Step 6: add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence! (this is a whole game changer for me! It enhances the taste so much!)

It just feels great that I don't have anything to rely on when I'm tired, thus I can try to sleep better and take better care of myself instead of just chucking in a coffee. Hope this clarifies!
