No middle just bass an treble.
I'll stick to my Audiohub AH80, its gotta full graphic equalizer section, and more than 2 channels.
The best drum monitor I had, was the LaneyTheatre TM300P.
It had a 15" woofer, and if I needed more power, I just used the mic input, ouch!
