There needs to be better vetting of adoption parents. And if adoption agencies can't do a better job, then those organizations need to be shut down.

SO how can I get my daughter home? we're adopting our cousin who is orphaned. For God's sake, she's our own family and we've lived with and spent time with her, but there's no way to bring her home because of corrupt assholes.
