You are absolutely correct. The new tier equipment is for mega spenders and certain kingdoms and continents just don't spend and to be honest most of them don't and just because they made this update doesn't mean all of a sudden people can just run through all of those upgrades. That shit will take alot of time.
Yeah, we will see. I predict that all new players in the future will quit because the moment they hit Soc and realize an unobtainable power gap between older players they all give us the finger and quit. Such updates are not so huge for players like me who have played for 2.5 years but that tends people to forget. I'm not worried about the current player base but I'm pretty sure it just will get lower and lower in the future because no sane human will play this game from the start

Certainly within one year or so; the trades will get horrific even for the low spend versus whales. Even the low spend is going to have to max spin Holy Knights Treasure and also push on Hunt for History....every month. Month after month. And this just to stay one or two tiers below apex meta whales.
Reality is that this will effect rally/garrison trades far before open field trades. And even then, within a year there may only be a few whales with 2-3 marches finished with all level 5 equipment. It’ll be a long time before multiple whales has it all maxed, besides players like Baba, Justin, Mimi, Macote, etc
The Buffs really aren't that insane tbh. They definitely give an advantage and more of a gap, but if you get level 2 on a set of equipment you can close that gap a lot.

The problem with this system is new players. The second thing that angered me about this update is the limit on Ironhand farming. And the last thing is less number of gems nodes 2lvl and more gems 1lvl
They need to extend the end game as if there’s no progression, people lose interest. While there’s bundles / events any change they make people will complain it’s only for big spenders.
F2p/low spenders are mostly mad because they cant keep us as you say. We need more ways to keep up with the whales. Whales spending so they can be on top of others, if f2p players quit, people wont have a reason to spend on dead game. Many games did this mistake and they died within few months. I fear RoK will die soon, already 7 of my friends quit after the last update. The rest of our squad will quit as well because we wont be able to keep up.

Not only in the game, even in the real life most things will benefit the one who have the money,you know about that already that life never been fair. To all F2P, if you want a fair f2p game, just play a game like dota, lol or any short time game. The game like war game, mmorpg, etc game that p2w aren't for you. If you still want to play p2w game, you need to spend much time to keep become competitive with another spenders, like in ROK you need to spend times to collect gems.
I think if they made it where like equipment you can crit when you awaken and skip a level it would make it more fun and more hype when you awaken something
Low Spenders and F2P does not care about the big spenders - main problem is the gap between Big spenders and F2P to low spenders is getting bigger and bigger, the update itselft is interesting enough but they have to add more ways for F2P to farm blueprints and materials :)
I agree there should be more ways to get them F2P. The new event coming soon will be a great way to get blueprints. Can’t remember what it’s called but it’ll be with the Christmas event
thoughts on update? Never again i am spending money on any mobile game especially rok. Will try to lower my time playing this pos game and watching content from it. I just hope i can sell my account before its too late. How they put armaments in game is still unclear to me, they just decide we will do this and that, well you can but i won't be here anymore for your bs. They will just keep adding more and more stuff like this into the game until even last and most loyal players decide that its too much. So this more then enough for me. I appreciate the honest feedback. I don’t think you’re the only one that feels this way. I agree there are so many things they’ve added recently that are so heavily P2W. It’s exhausting.
The whales already have a massive advantage, why make it bigger? I am a low spender and already lose in a huge way to big spenders. If they wouldn’t have made these changes everyone would still be happy and players of any spend level would still be playing.
who will be left to fight if F2P and casual spenders leave because they cannot catch up? eventually even the whales will get bored and leave. The more out of reach the game becomes to even the casual spenders the quicker the game will die. Game is basically a subscription based model to compete and even that is not a guarantee.

These are weak business moves. The game can be P2W and have better ways to motivate spending. These are lazy ideas that they will have to backtrack & create a better way to encourage spending. I’m predicting more ways to get these blueprints. We would have been better off if they had just introduced new equipment & just allowed people to convert their old equipment into new equipment.

I feel like my position is pretty clear, I do not like the p2w updates and new systems. I hate crystal tech. I think every update we get further and further away from a balanced game. But I also know business, and at the end of the day Lilith is deciding to prioritize the biggest spenders over the causal F2P players. It’s a business decision that I don’t love but I understand it.

Tbh I agree. People spending their money on a game should get enjoyment from that money. However F2P players used to be able to put in more time and get pretty close to the same value, which isn’t possible anymore.

That doesn't matter, whatever the cost is the whales will pay it, max their power, and then Lilith will add some new way to pay for power.

They actually reduced the amount of mats we can grind with the camp nerf
I have over 3.6 billion kp. I'm going to quit the game because of this update. Maybe I would have stuck around if they hadn't nerfed camps.
