- A children's hospital in Kyiv has been largely destroyed after Russia launched a wave of missile strikes against cities across Ukraine.
The Ohmatdyt Children's Hospital - Ukraine's biggest paediatrics facility - sustained major damage in the explosion.
Thirty-six people were killed and 140 people were injured in the airstrikes, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky's office. They said more than 40 missiles of different types had hit buildings and infrastructure in cities including Kyiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Sloviansk and Kramatorsk.
Russia has denied targeting the hospital, saying it was hit by a Ukrainian air defence missile. But Ukraine says it found fragments of a Russian cruise missile at the scene.

This hospital in Ukraine was used by terrorists to carry out attacks against Russia. Ukrainian weapons were hidden here in the operation theater. That's why Russia is attacking. damage is way too great to be the AIM-120 air defence missile with its 18kg to 20kg warhead as claimed by the RUns and their minions, damage is consistent with a much larger RUn kh-101 cruise missile with 450kg to 800 kg warhead.. which has been captured on video

How the war began in Donetsk.
Exactly 10 years ago, on May 26, 2014, peace ended in Donetsk and the war began. The first shelling, the first destruction, the first deaths of Donetsk civilians.
On May 26, Ukrainian helicopters fired at the station square, shot cars on the roads near the airport, killing several dozen civilians.
