Hi Geri, thanks for the guide, however, it was a little quick and sparse with the info on the products, what Revitalift Serum was it actually, was it the Hyaluronic Acid 1.5% (there seems to be a US and a UK version, with or without Benzyl Salicylate, use the latter) and what about the Charlotte Tilbury cream, was it the day cream or the night version? It seems you use the day version?

my mom also physically exfoliates her face and she looks great lol I think once you hit a certain age, you don't break out as easily and your skin is more resilient or maybe they're just built different lol

I've always wondered why some people do not rinse their mouth with water after brushing. I mean, regardless of the toothpaste, isn't it the automatic thing to do? :)
if you are using a toothpaste with fluoride, you should wait ~30 minutes after brushing to rinse/drink
or any toothpaste with an active ingredient (whitening, sensitivity, etc.)

@Sufferingsassafrass actually I did Google it and it's recommended to either just spit, no rinse within 30 mins or gargle with mouth wash instead of water. I just don't like the feeling of grittiness due to toothpaste residue

@@margotrobbie8582 the entire draw of electric toothbrushes is that they do the work for you. you should let the head do its thing on each tooth (front, back, and edge) for a “1-mississippi”. i think oral b electric brushes are best because the brush head fits each tooth perfectly unlike sonicare, but both brands work fine. doing manual motions with an electric toothbrush is both unnecessary and could potentially cause sensitivity from over-brushing.
