I'm pretty sure Zoro crushed a (muscular woman) girls skull after they met Laboon
-Sanji loves and respects women so he doesn't fight them
-zoro looks down on women so he doesn't fight them
-->conclusion : Sanji >>>>>>>zoro
zoro just think about fighting against women its not necessary, but its doesn't mean he wont hurt them.
he cut monet without haki is the truth that he can kill even his opponent a woman
zoro fought the buff black women in wiskey peak, Zoro the minority hunter
@@firedemon43 that because shes black. lol Minority Hunter Zoro
Tbh he only doesn’t want to fight Tashigi cuz she looks like kuina
NO SHT
He fought women earlier in the series, remember when he took down Baroque Works by himself?
Yeah the beginning of minority hunter
This joke doesn’t even make sense I don’t know why people keep saying it.
@@TheMarch-jn3rz bro are you saying that? Really? First the girl from Baroque works then Mr 2 then Pica then King then well the guys in arlong park then well that's all I could remember
What the difference between my miss Monday and Monet one is bounty hunter and Zoro don’t hold back but Monet the child kidnapper hold back
@@PremKumar-ez5skMr. 1 not Mr.2

“You act like your better than me”
“Because I am”
Peak zoro
There was too much hype
Zoro indeed has a small soft side when it comes to Women its not as deep as Sanji but Zoro tries to avoid hurting Women if possible if he has to hurt them he will tho... its just hes not fighting them really at full strength.
Also Oda comfirmed in a Sbs that
- Zoro is specialized in Armament Haki (he has Observation as well tho)
-Sanji is specialized in Observation Haki (he has Armament as well tho)
-Luffy is specialized in Conquerors Haki (he has Armament & Observation as well tho)
Thank god you didn't give that spoiler😂
Albeit Sanji's Observation Haki "specialty usage" has been shown more towards in developing for his "survival" from Okamas & mainly in identifying women
@@hello_worLd6104 hahahaha yea
False.
luffy have advance Conquerors, armament and observation haki now LOL more than Zoro and Sanji so there is no speciality for him
I saw it as Tashigi projecting her insecurities a little bit on Zoro and over-generalizing when in reality Zoro doesn't have a problem fighting women, he just has a problem confronting a specific woman (Tashigi) due to her resemblance to Kuina. I think Zoro was still sizing up his opponent; given enough time, he would've dealt with Monet but Tashigi just happened to interrupt. Since Zoro is just uncomfortable around Tashigi in general he didn't try to argue or clear things up, he was just like "fine, have it your way, I'll let you fight Monet."
No, he really does have a problem fighting women. Monet said herself that Zoro was only fighting defensively and not offensively. He wouldn't even attack, even though Monet was a real enemy that hurt robin and could easily foil their escape if she was let loose. That's what was meant when we had sanji saying the zoro "has a soft side", right after stating that he himself would rather die than fight a woman.
Remember in Skypia when Enel attacked Robin and Zoro was livid, saying "she is a woman"?
He doesn't view women as things to be fought or attacked even if they are enemies.
It really doesn't make sense considering his backstory.
Zoro has no problem fighting woman, but he will not cut them.
Even in movies (Ex. Film Z: Zoro vs Ain).
Against Monet, he was holding back because she is Logia.
You can't defeat Logia without hurting them.
zoro is a real man thats why he dosent like hurting girls
Never liked tashigi since the very first time she appeared. It's not even a little. She was hella projecting to the major degree.
Zoro uses the minimum strength needed if he faces women. He beats them but he won't brutalize them.
Its impressive how Zoro incapacitated Monet by simply putting fear in her heart by knowing she could have died in that swing of his sword.
Seems pretty similar to what a certain someone did to a certain admiral in a recent episode. Makes me think
[SPOILER] A little tease of what he can unlock.
@@senorcat7853 YOW! Imagine he get to Shanks level using his CH.
Yeah you might now call her kibutsuji monet 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Devi being disappointed in Tashigi is hilarious 😂 “bro I was cheering for you”
I think its more like he doesnt like fighting "inferior" people in a serious all out way.If he knows he is way above others why would he do that as a swordsmen. He still has a soft spot for women tho but not in a "looking down" way i guess.
I view it more as restraint from killing in general. I dont think he dealt a fatal blow to any major enemy that he has fought in the series. It's enough for him to neutralize the enemy. I think he doesnt like the idea of cutting women, and I think that's pretty natural for a lot of men, but he is pretty merciful in general, towards men, too.
Seems like he learned something when facing Hawkeyes in the east blue. Lol
Both in anime and manga it's pretty clear. "He has things he doesn't want to cut", so a soft spot, but is not viewing them as inferior. In the case of Monet, it's just that he knows he is stronger than her and can beat her anytime so he let that "soft spot" of his going on even though they both thought of him as having a weak point. As soon as Tashigi was in danger he showed them that although he choses to do or not to do something, it's better not to underestimate him.
Zoro sees woman not as inferior, but rather 'Fragile' coming from his PTSD of Kuina's death, I think they mistranslated it in the anime
The difference in Sanji's tone of saying the girls name and the 'brats' even though it's still in the same sentence is hillarious🤣
Zoro thinks that Monet isn't even worthy to be his opponent cuz of the power imbalance. Because of his Haki he can already tell that she's way weaker that him but at the same time he knows she's stronger than his friends so he needs to face her but still not going all out to show his mercy. Still an act of chivalry, I guess. This decision reflects Zoro's personal code of conduct and his respect for life, even in the heat of battle. He could have. He just chose not to.
yall thought this was Tashigi time to shine lolllll
I love your discussions, you are so right! Many people misunderstand these scene with Zoro and Tashigi. Tashigi assumes that about Zoro given their past interactions! Yet you see him proving her arguments wrong after she cut Monet, also Tashigi "finishes" Monet while Zoro could do it easily again, he just didnt want to kill her. He literally said "I didnt ask you to do that", but Tashigi wrong assumptions lead her to do that by herself, not Zoro.
Zoro respects woman like Sanji but doesnt show it, he also prefers to take it easy/chill and avoid stupid fights or arguments, which leads to him not trying to correct Tashigi wrong assumptions, he doesnt care whatever Tashigi thinks about him.
My take on why he didnt finish Monet is that he knew she was way weaker(reason why he used a single sword) and didnt want to kill her just for that. I do think he find females weaker but wont say out of respect, after all her dead friend showed a lot of frustration due to being a female and being so worried about being weak when she grew up.

Green hair, his family🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Well played XD
The fact that Sanji understand the soft side of zoro was ...🥰
The way you guys questioning Zoro as a friends after Tashigi statement is so funny 😂
Well it's true after a hundred of episode they were like family for us and we feels like we know them inside and out :))
The strawhats never rlly killed any of their opps. And the soft spot sanji was saying was zoro being a "not totally a jerk" like what ppl think of him bcos of his reputation. Tashigi is just a stereotyping zoro bcos he didn't kill her back in loguetown.
@@the_Haexler i never said their fights didn't hurt their opps, i just said they were never confirmed dead (atleast how i remember) . Sometimes they just show up again somehow, somewhere. Ive never read all the sbs, there might some facts there oda dropped that im not aware of, but if u can name characters that the SH killed (confirmed/canon) then go ahead.
@@the_Haexler that's why i told u to drop names that the SH killed bcos if u can't name one then what u said on my statement doesn't rlly makes a good argument. Tho, i want to make clear that yes the SH are VERY capable of killing their opps but all the characters their faced and fought were either somewhere still kicking or serving time in impel down.
@the_Haexler dude this conversation is going circles. You clearly can't comprehend my point.
Loving the reactions!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Nice video! Btw Zoro fought and demolished Miss Monday from Baroque Works in Whiskey Pick :)
If I'm not mistaken, he did cut her but didn't kill her. Please correct me if Im wrong😅
@@user-ym1tt7bp6g no he didn't kill her, but they were saying they didn't remember Zoro fighting any woman except Kuina and Tashigi...
@@gcst93 oh i see. Thanks!
Jackie wishes that devi looked at him like she looked at zoro 😂
the ways zoro fight is to evaluate the whole situation...then make the best move to the defeat the opponent(regardless the gender)
lol theyre getting so stunlocked by tashigi's statement
Thanks for the video! Can't wait for more tomorrow!
Zoro got his ass whooped every day as a kid by a girl. He most certainly aint thinking that way lol
Beaten by Zoro’s charisma. Simply the best.
Even in pirate hunter days, he hasn't been shown to kill people. (the ones we saw him take on he just cuts up and turns them in for the bounty).
Zoro appears to have a slight tendency to not attack women, but he has no issue at all attacking them the same as men. (See whiskey peak, ms monday, the nun, etc).
Zoro also doesn't go out of his way to avoid attacking women.
The entire thing from tashigi was just tashigi's complex and assumptions.
You can also look at his practice bouts with Kuina (NOT corina) to see he really doesnt have an issue.
In Skypia when Enel attacked Robin, Zoro was very angry and said: "She is a woman". So he was more upset about Enel Attacking a woman instead of attacking his crewmate.
He didnt like robin at that time
If i remember correctly he was the only one against letting her join or smh like that
Minority hunter at its peak
@@G2rtTr yapp yapp yapp
yeah, that's also one of the scenes that I know Zoro has some soft spot for women as well.
Zoro's foreshadow is crazy😅
You guys need a refresher of Zoro's back story and his promise to Kuina, of course he doesn't look down on women, his goal was to be as strong as her back then and he believed she could also become the strongest. He saw her as a genuine rival
Of course zoro can use haki
He did fight women at whiskey peak at the beginning of grand line...even had a contest of strength with the muscle mommy there 😁😁😁
finaly u see how strong zoro is 😂
I think it was just because Monet was weak, so he was merciful. Before he couldn't really incapacitate enemies without killing them so I think that since he's so strong now he has that morality to spare more since he has that luxury. If Tashigi hadn't killed her, then I think Zoro would've finished the job.
Tashigi is a bit more personal since she resembles Kuina.
Zoro did fuck up Miss Monday 🤣🤣
Hey guys thanks for the reaction. I believe Zoro shows mercy to all his opponents, as long as he can prove he is the strongest. It can be humiliating for his opponents but it can also give them a chance to surpass him in the future. Just like when Mihawk shows mercy to Zoro instead of killing him. I believe this is the path Zoro is following because he respects all kind of fights.
Underrated comment, bro spittin
Zoro beating monet was crazy first time seen it. Scary and intense lol. Felt bad for her lol
Like all the comments are saying, Zoro recognizes the weak from the strong, her insecurities reap from Loguetown. And Sanjis comment does come through with this. Also, you know it’s a great reaction when the warming is present. Keep up the great work!!!
when it comes to strength he show just on pure strength it was the end. and based on fear to many emotions come to play.
Yeah 😂I need that fan service
i always think that all the strawhats can always see good in people, particularly if that person help them or share their story. I think that's what's also happen between zoro and tashigi, bc at the first time they met, tashigi saw zoro as fellow swordsmen and even help him get a new sword. That's why zoro didn't see her as threat, bc she's good person (that happen to be a marine😅 and looks exactly like Kuina) so the fight between them (that tashigi starts) are not nacessary, and we know the only unnecessary thing that zoro does is the never competition between him and sanji😮💨😮💨😌🥲
I like to think zoro respect sanji's "don't hurt woman" policy..all the SHs respect each other principles..
-chopper's giving medicine to usopp after he fights luffy
-the no interrupt nami's "map drawing time"
-robin's disappearance for a while after each arc (she sometimes skips the party, you know what party means to luffy)
-a certain someone rescue someone's "pathetic" ass
If Zoro don't give mercy, Monet was sliced already with fear.
Remembering zoro on wishkey peak. Men, women, old, kid even nun got dropped
Where you guys are at in the story there are only 2 confirmed deaths from named characters where the characters don't come back later like "Oh Hey, yeah I know you saw be die for reals but that was just pretendies, haha." And those characters would be Ace and Whitebeard. Apparently, according to Oda, Bon Chan is not dead after he sacrificed himself at Impel Down. But like c'mon, that was clearly a death scene and later Oda decided he didn't actually wanna kill him lol. Same thing with Pell in Alabasta. Dorry on Little garden. It actually happens alot 😂
Juicy episode❤❤❤
Tashigi is stupid Zoro just has a soft side for women he tries not to hurt them but if need be he would even hurt women.
Monet is now officially kibutsuji monet 😂😅😅😅😅😅
Basically Zoro could have been using his haki and killed her there instantly but he didn't and she knew that, she knew that she would have been "dead" if he did use it and it shocked her in her deepest core.
Zoro is that guy
I'd be lying to say that I'm waiting for the moment when Zoro brings up Kuina's name & it might turn out to have some sort of relevance to Tashigi (I mean because out of the conversations between Zoro & Tashigi, I don't think Zoro has ever actually brought up Kuina's name in context in front of Tashigi)
And i dont think he will, cause this is Tashigi's character development. She will always be thinking that Zoro will have mercy on her cause she's a girl but the fact is that Zoro is just pissed that she's saying these wrong ideas while looking like the person (who was a woman) he admired and wanted to surpass. He may tell Tashigi about Kuina but maybe on the very near end, like if they happened to clash as swordsmen but sharing about Kuina is unlikely.
Zoro fights against womans, he just dont want to hurt them without a reason. He has beaten up the muscle girl in whiskey peaks for example. He is just on another level.! I like your reactions! Greatings from Germany to everybody
Zoro has a soft side, yeah. But what they meant there is that he "wont hunt a rabbit with a cannon", not because Monet is a woman. The story with Kuina is to remind us that Zoro looks men and woman as equals and he doesn't like when Tashigi starts saying exactly that because he sees her as a strong woman and also looks like Kuina.
it's ironic that the snow woman frozen in fear because Zoro is too cold 🥶
Zorooo 🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶
08:37
Zoro is not delusional he just knows who is strong and who’s not . Mostly women in this show are not that strong , few of them are but not a lot . So he just say whatever he feels true .
Don't guy's remember how women's he cut from Boruque works.
Oda did Zoro dirty especially if you think about his backstory
when enel beat robin zoro told him: "she's a women", this tell you that zoro don't prefare to hurt womens, and when he fought Baroque Works he used the back of his sword against a women
He fought women before Whisky peak arc. He doesn’t underestimate women he just knew she was weaker than him that’s why he said she should’ve ran away from the beginning
Zoro was raised to see women and men as equal
That's all there is to it
If it's a threat he will eliminate it, if it's men or women
Remember when Zoro learned to cut steel against Mr.1 in Alabasta and he heard the breath in all things? Was this swordsmanship or was this his first encounter with Haki?
Haki....100% conformed.
by the way i cant believe you said maybe zoro is weaker than tashigi in the last episode discussion lol
Zoro just doesnt like cutting people who is way weaker than him man or woman..
Zoro is an incredibly powerful fighter who loves to cross blows with those who are strong; however, when it comes to women, Zoro refuses to fight them to the best of his abilities. This has likely to do with the fact that Kuina's death portrayed her as fragile
I wasn't expecting Zoro to kill her, but I also wasn't expecting this. I was kind of expecting a reaction to the comment that he made about a snow woman calling him cold, but oh well.
he is the minority hunter tho 😆
Have u forgot whiskey peak? Zoro destroyed a pirate woman with bare hands 😂
zoro is so cool 😎😎😎
Zoro the goattt
The fact that zoro didnt use haki to cut monet and monet cant even protect her logia form because she thought zoro used haki extra badass lmao. She was terrified.
Zoro has hurt women before but he doesn't cut them. He crushed the 'muscle woman's' head (Miss Monday) in Whiskey Peak. He also attacked a Nun with the almighty lord's blinding power with the back of the blade in the same arc. He attacks Miss Wednesday(Vivi) bit doesn't cut her either.
Zoro does not see women as inferior, its just an unwritten warrior rule to not to cut a woman. Tashigi probably inherited Kuinas will in some kind of way or is related in some kind of way. Because in the same way how Luffy used Rogers words, Tashigi used Kuina's words. But her also looking like Kuina makes me think that she's related or is Kuina with memory loss or something.
There is 3 Type of Haki, Bushosoku (Armord Haki) , Kenbunshoku (Observation Haki) and Haoshoku the rare one. 1&2 Haki can be training to use it. but NO for HaoShoku.
Bushosoku is haki can be use for combat with logia power. so u can touch them. and haki can be transfer to weapon for simple. Detail about it u can see it for the next Anime.
Kenbunshoku is haki can be us for observation your opponent. how strong they are how can they attack. or you can use it for knowing Situation around u, How many enemy and others.
Zoro slashes all the women at Baroque Works
zoro fucked up Miss Monday in Whisky Peak Arc pretty hard. it is just Tashigi opinion and zoro rarly gets matched up against women
Zorro fought miss monday on whisky peak arc
Zoro knows he’s stronger than monet, thats why he just keep defending him self against monet and not even try to attack, cuz he knows that she’s not a worthy opponent to show his power. But at the time he needs to to that otherwise tashigi dies before he’s eyes, zoro cuts monet in half but not using haki, thats means “i can kill you anytime i want, so back off now” .
Always remember Zoro "scaring" Monet (Everything will be explained)👀👀👀
The girl from whiskey peat come don’t be fool
There was this girl in Whisky Peak that Zoro beat the sh it out of her
🔥🔥🔥
Zoro for sure kills his opponents or atleast cut them up so they cant fight him anymore. Even on the OP live action, they showed him cut someone in half and in OP live action, ODA has overlook the production .
miss Monday is rolling over in her grave...
8:57 zoro really got that big D energy, they had to focus there for his entrance.
Monet, up to this day, is still one of the hottest women in one piece, despite her being cold.
Why can't they get it? 😭😭 It's so obvious that Zoro don't want to fight or cut woman if he can avoid it. As Sanji said, he has some soft spot too!
Zorro beat that woman of Baroque Works
Zoro knows that women can be just as good of a swordsman if not better and hates the fact that Tashigi brings up the same dumb excuse that she can't be the worlds greatest because of gender. He acts cold to Tashigi in such way to help push her to get stronger to prove Gender doesn't mean crap all.
He didn’t need to use haki on such a weak opponent, you answered your question. He wouldn’t be able to of cut her cheek if he couldn’t use haki.
Zorro is mercifull toward people weaker than him, he wants the challenge to grow and approach his end goal.Fighting weaklings won t help him reach that, so he prefers avoiding such fights. But if he has to fight, then he beats the shit out of them until they are unable to continue and then leaves. He doesn t need to kill them as they re no threat to him and if they become a threat then it s better because he can still grow he skills. If Mihawk was a women he will be gunning for that neck like a lion on a Gazel.
Zoro mentality is like mihawk, y would he bring tank to hunt a rabbit.
Zoro fought many women of Baroque works before Arabasta
In order to analyze zoro's character you need to look at his first encounter with Mihawk . Mihawk too didn't use this full strength nor use his actual blade Yoru until he saw the unveraring will of zoro to defeat him . Its simple why would someone use their full strength against a weaker opponent , he only use his full strength(Haki) when he sees a worthy opponent that is his way for respecting them be it a male or a female . you will see more of it in the upcoming arks .You will see all strong swordsmen/samurai do that same . Apart for this yes he has a soft spot for Tashigi as she looks a lot like Kuina.
From my understanding towards sanji said he has a soft spot too but he can figure it out unlike Sanji who would straight not fight woman and Zoro’s things that he doesn’t want to cut is that Zoro’s chilvary has a limit and gave mercy in his own way.
He will cut a woman if it’s to the point really harming his allies & close friends and observe their intention & danger level. Like Zoro is not a total jerk and he understands that when it comes to fighting female enemies he may have the thought that no need to use physical damage towards them instead the other way around which is by terrorise their mentality. which when he said to Tashigi “if you didn’t kill her, I did.” which shows he can do it at some point and to me, he did kill monet by “killing” her ego.Tashigi statement is like stereotypes him for viewing woman as inferior when it’s the opposite. Zoro believe men and women are equal. To me, killing someone egos are way more damaging than killing them physically. That’s what Tashigi doesn’t understand the choice Zoro made to defeat Monet. Monet is quite egoistic in my pov.
That scene makes me go back to previous episodes & manga panels on zoro fight scene with woman other than Tashigi & Kuina and what I found is.
Baroque Works:
- The nun bounty hunter with child, he used the back of his swords which is not sharp and used as a force to knock them out . He even said sorry he used the back of his sword.
- Miss Monday, he literally just put strength on her head to make her unconscious so no swords involved and he used his overwhelmed strength alone.
There’s another fight but it’s just random person in another arc however it might be a spoiler.
Before anyone said I’m riding zoro, I’m sanji fan just to be clear. I love Zoro as a character and always find Zoro’s character interesting from his emotion & behaviour aspect. I like to analyse zoro character in general.
Zoro considers strong as strong and weak as weak. Whether it is Tashigi or any male opponent that weaker than him, he will call them weak.
He trash talks both males and females but the female opponents bring the gender aspect because of their insecurities probably because of other encounters in their lives.
Zoro infact did face female opponents before in Whisky Peak, Miss Monday, Miss Wednesday(Vivi), Miss Valentine and other female bounty hunters.
Zoro did consider women little different as his character is all about being honorable like in Skypiea against Eneru when he mercilessly shocked Robin.
To sum it up, it doesn't matter to him whether you are a man or woman, he considers strong as strong and weak as weak. He ofcourse treats women differently but he will fight and cuts them if need be. He is not a pro woman empowerment though. He will not encourage Tashigi because Kuina has same insecurities but if Tashigi was strong, he would have recognised her.
Oh goodness, now I'm flashing back to the debates the original manga chapter caused! 😂
But yeah, Zoro HAS fought other women earlier in the series. Recall that some of the Baroque Works bounty hunters he fought at Whiskey Peak were women (Miss Monday, that one fake nun, etc.). He's definitely not as soft on the ladies as Sanji, lol. I mean, we even see him arguing with Nami on a regular basis, do we not? 😉
