Then they should also factor Property Appreciation, increasing house Rent. Adding extra complication becomes very difficult and it leads you to nowhere. Here if they would have kept the Interest Rate fixed easily they would have saved 300 dollars per month. Which would have made their expenses almost equal to renting. Besides Canada is not similar to India where if you buy a property worth 1 or 1.5 crores your EMI would be 75 to 1.25 lacks that too if you pay good initial amount and if you rent the same property you would end up getting not more than 25, 35 or maximum 40k on the same property and with Indian salary you won't be able to contribute without depleting your savings to cover the difference. This doesn't happen in Canada unless you overpaid for a house.
Let's suppose tomorrow if they decide to rent out their property they can easily get 1600-1800 dollars and they would have to spend around 200-400 dollars extra to cover the difference and with Canadian Salary 200-400 dollars are just peanuts.
i pay strata fee $270 water bill sewage bill electric bill gas bill phone and internet bill house insurance and take care of my lawn maintance strata pays only garbage and recycling and building insurance only i have to pay for roof and deck replace do not remove snow even you are lucky

No, there is a foreign buyers tax as well. Also there is a limit of what can be transferred.
