Niimbot printers only work with expensive original labels that have an NFC tag. They do not work with regular thermal labels. The manufacturer justifies this by claiming their labels are of high quality, which is true. However, regular paper thermal labels are often needed for labeling mail shipments and more. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide the option to choose which labels to use. I do not recommend this printer if you need to do a lot of printing.
Hi dear, We are sorry to bring you an bad experience.Currently, there are various materials for labels on the market. If the parameters of the paper do not match our printer, the printing effect cannot be guaranteed, and it will damage the head of the printer. We recommend using original labels from NIIMBOT. Non-NIIMBOT labels cannot guarantee the printing effect.
@@niimbots You probably treat customers like fools. It's not really about the quality of the stickers because if you put non-original stickers on an original drum with an NFC tag, everything will print in high quality. This proves that the manufacturer deliberately prevents the use of non-original labels. Another unpleasant fact is that the printer has a counter for printed labels, and there is a limit to the number of prints for each roll of labels. If this limit is reached, the print quality will become blurry and very poor, even on original labels. This is a deliberate restriction imposed by the manufacturer, which could potentially violate antitrust laws.
By the way, there are plenty of similar mobile printers from other manufacturers that can easily print on regular thermal labels, which cost a fraction of the price. I personally use one of these after a disappointing experience with Niimbot. It's a shame that the manufacturer chose this greedy path, but I'm confident that they will realize their mistake very soon, although it may be too late.
So if it eventually starts printing blurry, how do we fix that? Can the printer be sent in for repairs/maintenance. Or must it be thrown out and replaced? That would be a big no no for me! What mobile thermal printer would you suggest as a better option?

The NIIMBOT app not eorking with Android tablets :(
the biggest disadvantage of these portable label printers is the the company use roller with predefined sticker size instead to let the user to set the cut size of the length.. so if for example you need a 50lengthx30 and then a 60x30 or 40x30 sticker you have to carry with you 100 different rollers. This fact make the device useless for a professional work on the road... it would be much clever to have one roller per width and let the user to determine the length cutting size

Hi, the printed width of printer B1 is 25-50mm, the printed width of printer B21 is 20-50mm. Expect this, other parts are same.

I can't connect to the printer. I tried everything , delete the app and download it again, restart my mobile phone and yet no avail. It says connection failure :(
Hi Ian sorry to hear that, may I know if you connect it to your phone before? if so, please unpair it in the phone settings and then reconnect it in the NIIMBOT app.

My printer keeps pushing out the paper, till it errors after 10cm :(
