Looks like you’re going to need a wheelie bar for launches. Nice bike, my favorite so far. I’ve been reluctant on going electric due to lack of knowledge but I think I can get into it given time.
If you're already clued up on the mechanics of ice engines, then you're already at an advantage compared to people like me who hadn't ever put any vehicle together, but was able to learn enough through watching other fabrication videos like black66 and some others. And online research. I'd recommend learning about whatever batteries you're going to use because the battery pack will set your performance limits and, more importantly, badly wired batteries, not properly waterproofed, or wrong kinds of cells for your application can be very dangerous. Personally, I use Toshiba scib lto cells because I keep my bike in my house and the scib cells are among the safest available on the market and last decades. LiFePO4 batteries are probably the safest lithium battery you can buy at the moment, they also have much longer life than 18650 cells and high discharge rate. Lithium polymer batteries are very dangerous, because parasitic drain is all that's needed to drain the cells to a dangerous level and in turn cause a devastating fire that's almost impossible to put out. Also hard use can cause thermal runaway and cause a fire, or even the heat from the motor can set them off. I would recommend getting the motor and controller you want to use as a kit if possible, so that you can be sure of the compatibility. I would also get a battery that can safely discharge more amps than you're going to use on the bike, as this will prolong the battery life and reduce fire risks. When I put mine together, I increase amperage on small increments so I can see how the system handles the extra power. I hope this helps.

The battery I am using has Molicel cells that are desighend for a high discharge rate that go along with the 300AMP BMS . I have used a LiFePO4 battery which is safe but the size and discharge rate wasnt feasible for this bike. AS the terchnology gets better I bet the LiFePO4 batteries will be more up to par as far as discahrge and size. The BMS I am using cuts power before we get to dangerous discharge levels. The cool part is the BMS is blue tooth tunable.

Very nice, maybe some slightly taller gearing would help your torque management at take off. That way you won't have to fight the wheelie quite so much. If you need to, perhaps some medium density foam between the top of the battery bracket and the battery, a la. A yoga/dog mat. They sell it in varying thicknesses on the 'Zon. I got some to cut to shape on my racing kart seat, helps the ribs. 😆

I don't know if you have abandoned rail railroad tracks that you're allowed to explore but man with that electric motor you can make a rail cart for exploring that quite and rips and even recharge your batteries with a jackery power pack or something similar😃
What gearing was on this setup? I have same motor and 200amp battery. Im looking for 55-65top speed and all the torque is still has. I only have 14-48 gearing as of right now

I sent the controller out and had the parameters changed to 175 AMPS. That's pretty much the MAX for the EM100 controller. A new controller coming soon.
This may be out of the question what is the degree on the magnet on the flywheel for the Coleman motor I'm trying to put magnets on my predator flywheel for my charging coils for my headlight trying to buy some magnets they're asking for the degree of the magnet if you can help I would appreciate it also nice bike

You can do it. The kits are pretty much plug and play these days.
