I feel like f2 was on the backfoot for most of this game. If not for the wonder, I don't think they would have been able to hold it. Really exciting game!
Best game I've seen in some time. Not since my very first AoM cast (which I think was a team tournament final in 2020 or so) did I see such a crazy game.
gosh what an exciting game!! Even if you never played or watched AoM, the last 15 minutes of it are pure action!!! GG and this rec is already an epic classic
i was wondering how Player afford the constant building and unit spam and why goldlion didn't use SS on a Titan Gate. Postgame explains it. Imagine Oseburg Wagon
@@sebastiaanb2651 if you look at 4:51 and then to the end of the game, you can see that the little white spot is still there. You can also see it still sitting there at 42:34

Winning with a wonder, takes so much defensive play. Everybody forgets that. I agree with this wonder win. If you can't win in the offense, win with defense. F2 adapted UCA just pushed forward. GG anyway :)
Have to agree, made it feel undeserved. UCA clearly had the upper hand. Since they agree to allow wonders being used, maybe they should have built one before F2, but yeah, Wonders ironically take some of the magic off the game.
@@samuelmoss6519 Thing is, you can never beat an egyptian in the speed of building a wonder since they can empower their building. So if they'd start one, they'd be better 100% sure that the eggy has 0 favour and has no hope of starting a wonder anytime soon, or they'd just straight up lose. But yeah, I feel like doing a wonder is just a cheap cop out. At least they didnt put wall chips everywhere, but it got a bit close to that imo.

if im not mistaken boit hovered over oseberg wagon in the early game, so one of them probably grabbed it.
