bornie84 yes that is a good idea & I wanted to loop one end but don't have a sewing machine to do it lol. One day I may take care of that if I come across someone who can sew a heavy strap in to a loop for me or even if I find a strap with a loop.

Time to call Red Dot which is an air conditioning company for trucks and off-road vehicles so you can remain cool in the summer and keep your glass intact.

Nice job I enjoyed the vids. How much would you say they cab weighs

I'd guess the cab would weight in around 350 to 400 lbs. Once completed. the bare structure could be installed & removed by 2 people. But once I hung the doors & window frames then added the roof, I needed my buddy's tractor to lift it in place. Then I had the glass installed last.

So 400lbs with the glass? Is there anything you have done different now that you have been using it for a while?

Yes that's with glass installed. I wanted to install windshield wipers but just haven't gotten around to it yet. I use rain x on the glass & haven't had any trouble with snow melting & freezing to the glass it just rolls right off. Haven't had to make any changes or modifications seems to work quite well & warm enough to work with a light jacket. The only thing I found was I get a lot of cold air from the throttle lever so I just hang my touque on it. lol

Only thing I can think of is instead of having to use tools to undo the straps is to have a loop at one end of the strap and use a vertical pin and spring clip/pin. Hope this makes sense!
